Indoor and outdoor storage in Dallas is just off I-20, between I-35E and U.S. Highway 67. Climate controlled storage is available in a variety of sizes.

Up until today the experience here has been fairly well. Public Storage allowed someone to break into my storage and still over $5000 worth of items. It was an employee because their lock that they placed on the unit was still on there and locked. When me and the employee went around to change the lock and i open the unit up is when i noticed there was a moving box in there that wasn’t mines. As i continued to look around with the employee standing there i noticed my 65inch tv was missing, my son 42inch tv and over $4000 worth of brand new clothes. Whoever did this placed 2 bags of clothes with some of their old clothes. In the past 90 days there have been over $900 paid to them to prevent them from selling my items just for an employee to take it upon themselves to steal my items.
Stopped by to check where my unit would be and was greeted very promptly with a smile and good customer service by Josh. The stress of moving is already crazy enough so it feels great that you can be treated kindly in the process. If you are looking for a hassle free storage rental please give them a try.

Don't rent here. They keep.going up. I originally got this unit from another company, but public storage bought them out. I didn't receive anything showing that they were bought out. Someone forged a signature which isn't mine on the contract. My unit is going up $91 next month. Thats ridiculous! Who does that. You are a fortune 500 company, who has really taken this company from what it used to be to help people. I was always told pay on or by the 8th, well I paid on the 8th and was still charged a late fee.

My brand new Hallmark trailer was stolen from this location I believe it was a inside job. Do not use Public Storage.

I came to this location to get my storage, it's a really nice facility with great customer service. Joshua explained everything to me and was very nice.
So long as you don't need help, this may be an option. We rented 2 units but were not provided the access code to get inside. We called several times and left messages because there was no answer. The movers arrived and could not get in, so had to follow some in. Then they could not get out and had to wait to get out. The entirety of the day, the office never contacted us to provide the access code to get in the gate despite multiple messages left.

The manager Jacobie was very friendly, Knowledgable, and able to answer all my questions. I was able to call before renting and have all my questions addressed. I had an easy move in with my reservation and my storage area was clean and well lit. This location offered in door climate controlled units so Mr. Jacobie was able to show me the unit prior to renting and it was a quick and easy process. This was a five star service. From my prospective call through reservation I was treated friendly and never rushed. Excellent service at the Hampton Rd location.

There is another location right up the street from this one, I can call it all day during business hours and get a reply, help, etc. this one is not the same, so I called the 1-800 number for more assistance where I learned they are individually ran which explains why I can never get help at this location, where my stuff is

The storage was awesome. They have 24hr access due to the type of businesses that store their vehicles. They have Climate control and regular storage. The office was closed at 4:30 and I found that unusual. I checked out in about two weeks and I got a 10x20 and paid $263.18 for a month with n refund then when I left somehow they knew.

I had been in search for a storage to park my trailer I went to a couple locations before I found this one, from the time I opened the door and entered the building I was greeted with a warm welcome by the manager Brenda, she has been always willing to help always has a friendly smile on her face and she’s on-site outside all the time on her golf car with a bucket for trash she makes sure the property stays clean. If you want a good safe clean spacious place to store your personal property with great customer service go see Brenda!
This location is perfect and the customer service is second to none. There is another location closer to where I live; However, the dominant difference is “ Ms Brenda “! She is the absolute Best!!!!!

This location the lady is Nice. Over all the Company is the worse I have ever seen. They took over my lease from another company and as a customer I was blamed for their lack of getting all required docs for the change over.
