This place is ZERO stars… Very unprofessional, nobody never in the office, and nobody never can answer your questions. My storage was BROKEN into. That seems like an inside job. Because what THEIF gone cut your lock off, go through your stuff, close the storage back and replace the lock to a similar lock like theirs. And yes I called the police, yes I’m calling corporate… This location needs better cameras, workers(that’s gone work) and security at all times.
The two women inside are letting their family members come and break in and steal stuff. Then act clueless to the breakin. Its your job to make sure these units are secure. So you're literally not doing the one thing you're supposed to do. My stuff is insured by an outside insurance. Glad I didnt buy into their scam. Stay away from here unless you want your stuff stolen.

My stuff was stolen today on purpose! The women in the office are too blame! They're liars and scammers! We only had our storage for a week at the location SRL Thorton in Dallas. The lady said she saw it was no lock on our storage SO she considered it abandoned! No phone call nothing!! She let thief take our TV and washer out of out unit!! It was guaranteed an inside Job! More than 10 units where destroyed! They let anybody in and don't ask no questions. I'm going to everything in my power to get those two ladies fired! This place needs an investigation ASAP! Police have been called and report have been made, however that's not enough. I want it shut down and ran by someone else!!
Worst storage place I ever had I had my unit for a week and when I came to check out my unit the lock was broken and all my stuff was stolen and the workers were clueless about the whole thing and they marked my unit as abandoned and I just paid my storage rent for the month
I rented a unit on-line and received follow-up calls to confirm and provide more information. Unfortunately the unit I was assigned was not available but I received a call to let me know and informed I would receive another unit. The unit was clean, I received a refund for charges for a lock because I provided my own. I am very pleased with the overall process, on-line experience, follow-up calls and the representative that was on site to make sure I had the access code and could get into the unit. Thank you for providing good customer service!

Customer service is horrible! Ever since they bought out this location, I've received nothing but harassing phone calls and emails regarding payment. This man literally just called me about a payment, I explained the situation then he hung up in my face because...well, I don't know why he did that! Very unprofessional in my opinion!

The management at this location needs training fast 😒 and his name is Jesse he allowed someone to come into the office without ID claim my storage and he gave this person the keys to my storage with my name on it now I can't get in my storage please don't trust Jesse new management

With the former owner I had been renting for 2 years and I had never heard of storage being stolen with the new owners there is no security of anything they would come in to steal as if someone gave them easy access to commit crimes I went on vacation and they called me from the deposit that My unit was stolen I am very upset because they do not give you information to check the cameras there is no security at all I do not recommend this place to anyone because there is no security it is not worth paying to keep your things that with so much effort one manages to buy Do not rent this place do not give you security to store things. it's a lousy place to rent😡

Having autopay deactivated was very easy with just a simple call. I definitely would use them again.
