Ian is great. Public storage corporation is awful. We started at $144 and now we pay $235. They get you in then they constantly raise the rent until you move out. What a scam!

5 star experience is exactly what you get. Ian has been extra helpful and friendly since I walked in. I was booked by another location and as soon as I came to get set up I was ready and explained what I needed to know. He also made the move experience comfortable and easy. This is a new clean and nice location. I had just checked out another storage place and it looked horrible so this was a relief to know my items will be secure .

Ever since February, when Public Storage took over this is a 1 star place. And prices went up. Just closed my account.
I just want to say that I am new at buying storage lockers and the manager Ian helped walk me through the entire process in a genuine and professional manner. The facility is kept very clean and my whole experience there was great. I hope I visit this facility again! Again, thank you Ian for all your help and knowledge about the auction process!

Getting rid of clutter to sell our home. Public Storage makes it easy to rent online but I like to see what I am getting in person. I drove to this location and was greeted by Ian. I asked if I could see some of the units and he was more than willing to show me around. It’s nice to see customer service still exists at some places.
My experience was there to be on point and understanding there were several hiccups but when I got there today Miss Susan closed me out very efficiently also I watched her help another customer (lady) correct a few hiccups on her app which makes her very outstanding because she was already past her hours for working she stayed late and her customer service was great very cordial very accurate and made sure you understood their policy 😉 that is what we call GREAT PUBLIC RELATIONS 👍🏿😊GRAND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I WOULD DEFINITELY REFER ALL THAT I KNOW AND ARE LOOKING FOR A STORAGE TO GO THERE WHILE MISS SUSAN IS THERE! 👍🏿
I received & witnessed outstanding Customer Service from Ian!
He was very patient with me after Public Storage took over from the previous management company.
Strangely, when they took over, they did not carry over the auto-pay information. Ian helped me work through that, and bring my account up to date.
No on-site manager and kiosk service is ridiculous. Terrible service all around. Disorganized processes. Zero interest in customer retention. We’ve been customers 5+ years in large unit. We’ve been trying for two months to downsize. We arrive with a truck full of stuff, after making online reservations and are told the manager doesn’t have units ready, a month later we were then transferred to a unit, paid transfer fee, get to the unit and it was locked, then told only thing they can do is transfer to another unit, we have to pay another fee and wait for a manager to come in a few days and vacate the unit then they will refund us. We’ve spoke to at least 10 people trying to get help and no one wants to or can help. It just feels like they don’t want to lose the larger unit income so they keep sending us away hoping we keep it another month. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had! Do not use this place! Would give zero stars if possible. Would give zero stars if possible!

I rented/stored with US storage center in. Carrollton for a year with a climate controlled unit.
The facility was always clean and well kept (and conveniently located for me.)
I’ve had no issues of any kind whether that be: the condition of the unit itself; accessibility to the facility and unit; assurance of a secure area (they have access-code controlled gate entry) - all of that was self-evident. Additionally, there are some carts around the facility to help with loading and moving.
The service that Ian, the manager, displayed was professional but also relational - he is quick to offer his help but also open to having a chat.
10/10 recommend.

My car broke down when I was on my way home. We had to exit the highway, so my husband had to push the car to the nearest palace. That was U.S Storage right off the service road. They were so kind to let us wait inside until a toll truck could come to pickup the car. The place is clean and quiet. The Manager’s were kind and friendly to everyone that came in. They even tried their best to work deals with people.

I was with this storage facility for several years. Everything was fine until I recently had a horrible experience with one of the female managers. I wanted to contact the corporate office etc. but I ended up calling the facility the next day and had the pleasure of speaking with Ian who not only solved my issues but made sure everything in my storage unit was safe and secure. He was very patient and went above and beyond to ensure I was a happy customer. I cannot say enough about how awesome it was to be able to work with Ian after such a horrible experience.
