Tawauna was not helpful in my vehicle getting broken into over night. They took my generator and expensive ladder and tools out my truck over night. She has no caring attitude trying to find out who did it and will not answer the phone for any emergency. All she wants to say is my vehicle is not suppose to be there because I park my box truck there and when I go get my box truck I park my personal vehicle in my parking spot I move my truck from. She the one told me it’s ok to park it there and now she says my vehicle doesn’t post to be on the lot. If that’s the case why tell me I can park my truck there. Then was rude when I ask about the cameras. When you get a storage unit from this place she will beg you for a 5 star review so please wait before you do that because you will see the true colors of her when you have an issue. Be careful coming to this place because once it’s broken into it’s no help with her.

Terrible, only needed it for one week and the Manager decided to lock me out of my own locker with half of my stuff inside. I was locked out of my own locker for the ONLY WEEKEND I needed it for. No one answering the phone or giving me a return call or nothing. Then when I came in the office after being locked out the whole weekend I just paid for, the Manager had an attitude and was rude and unprofessional. I'll never this storage again!

I have to take the time and share my experience with Tawauna at Public Storage. I was on my way to Extra Space Storage when my husband and I passed the Public Storage on Raines Rd. My husband stated that it was so clean and we'll kept on the outside, he said why don't we look them up on Google before we pay Extra Space. Well, we did and we saw the special of 1st month free and we decided to call. This was the BEST offer we had seen online. The second BEST thing was meeting and spending time with Tawauna. We are senior citizens and she was so welcoming, professional and kind. We didn't want to leave her!!! Most businesses treat seniors like us ( 70 and 78 years old) in a rush, with very little patience and a bit rude. Not Tawauna, she took her time with us and made us feel at home. Not to mention that there was not a cigarette butt, gum wrapper or lottery ticket.... NOTHING, not a drop of trash on the ground or in the hedges. Never seen anything like that before. I am recommending your place to everyone I know. Because of Tawauna, you have a class act #1 business. Thank You
