If your card doesn’t work you have to get a money order🙄 and come back.They do not take cash payments and online sometimes make it hard to pay on the app. There is a 10.00 payment fee to pay over the phone so make sure you have the full payment plus the 10. Why do we get charged for paying our own bills when it takes that to put gas in the car to go to a payment center.

This is the first time I’ve come across a storage company that was so nice, friendly and devoted to the line of work they do. My experience started off with Kia from a store closest to my home and she referred me to the Hickory Hill store that had climate control, she greeted me with a smile and helped me even though it was 2 mins to closing. I then made the reservations online and Brandy from the Hickory Hill location called me, welcomed me into the store and showed me several units. Brandy made my day and storage process so easy. Simply Self Storage is the best so far I’ve done business with. Highly Recommend #thumbsup to Amazing workers. Great deals also!

I've had a storage unit at the hickory Hill location for going on 4 years now without that many major issues. At one point it was almost impossible to reach anyone on the phone to discuss issues with because there wasn't a permanent manager for the location, and the lot wasn't secured because the gate was open for quite some time. The gate is fixed now, and I assume there's a permanent manager in place as well. I've no issues at the moment.

I went inside today because of a slip-up on my part while trying to reserve a unit and when I say Ms. Brandy went above and beyond to help me. Terrible service! We don’t have access until 10pm they make us leave at 6:00pm because the gate is broken! It’s been broken for months!!
I’m writing this review as I sit here at 1:00 on Sunday afternoon, locked out of the facility during open hours and with no staff in sight and no returns to multiple phone calls. Obviously the motorized gate is broken, but I received no notice via email or phone that units would be inaccessible. I drove quite a way to come get some of my property only to find it inaccessible and no staff or phone reply. Rent somewhere else and learn from my mistake!
I am beyond happy with the customer service and the facility. Everything is clean and kept up. Brandy is absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend this location. THUMBS UP!!!

Pretty strange now our things are unprotected and first month free only online, misleading sign doesn't say online. U-Haul here i come. 😲 Only security response.
Terrible. I've been trying to get into my unit for an hour and a half and there's no manager and no one can reach anyone.
The gate is also broken so our things aren't safe.

Dujour who is the assistant manager at the location was extremely helpful in getting me set up. The process was very smooth and he went the extra mile for me showing the property in the rain with no complaints, but fully professional at his job.
