Hi, I would like to share my experience with Public Storage on N. Watkins here in Memphis, Tennessee. I spoke with a very pleasant Tammie on this morning regarding a vacate of premises. I truly appreciate help pleasant attitude and willingness to assist in any way possible ensuring my exit was smooth and well taken care of. She was professional and polite. Thanks for helping me in my time of need. Best regards and if I should need you guys in the future I will look into this same location.

Ms. Lekendra was SO incredibly helpful! I reserved the wrong unit online but once I got to the location she assured me that she would be able to transfer the units with ease. She waited patiently while I downloaded the Public Storage App to better assist me. She also walked around with me on the property to show me other available units. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone in the Downtown/North Memphis/Millington/Munford area. She was a charm! Thank you Ms. Lekendra! I’m sure my belongings will be in great hands! 🙌🏼

Beware Beware Beware!!!!!Huge rats. Stay away beware. They are never there to collect payments. The manager has a foul mouth. She cussed me out cause I didn’t let her stuff her mouth with food while trying to help me at the front desk. Then proceeded to not let me in my storage after I paid a full balance. Stated she was too tired. She didn’t like walking. To her defense she was a lot of overweight. But this is your job ma’am. I think the reason she really got upset is because I wanted to remove my things from those huge rats. I couldn’t upload pics. But will keep trying. Don’t say I didn’t warn you guys!!!
I went in completely blind about what type of storage unit I wanted to rent. Monica was there and she helped me greatly in getting myself on track. The service that she provided was excellent and any questions I had she made sure to give me an answer no matter how silly the question seemed. It was extremely nice to have someone there that treated me like a human meaning and made me feel welcomed.

I've had a unit here for less than a month and all of my family's clothes have mice droppings in them. There was a dead mouse in the unit and the whole thing smelled awful.
Monica made the process so easy!!! I was moving from Florida to Memphis and Monica helped me every step of the way. Once we arrived she already had everything set up, so it was an extremely easy process that took barely 5 mins to get my unit #, lock and keys. Monica is great!!!

It has comevto my attention that Simply Storage at 3891Thomas in Memphis, TN.has had several break in's at this location and nothing has been done to prevent this, what about your security camera's as well as the security you boast about in your ads. Has police even made aware of this?
I dropped by to ask about renting a unit. The young lady Donna was extremely friendly and polite. There was a rude customer in the store and she handled it VERY WELL.based on her customer service ALONE, I will be renting from them!

You never know when an attendant is going to be on the premises.They have open on their website. They are only opened for customers to enter the gates. Just recently I found out they are not open on Sunday, and Wednesday, look like they are closed on Thursday also. They don't notify customers about the days of closure.Their website always say open during their suppose to be business hours. If you must pay, get a money order, if you trust the deposit box, I don't. I waited three hours today to see if an attendant was on site, it wasn't . The phones don't always request you to leave a message.
