Ms. Bernice is the sweetest managers I've met from the day I was transitioning to and old storage facility where I had a horrible property manager that would never help me, lied to me saying it would go on my credit, when I moved to this location Ms. Bernice has been the one that has always helped me and been a listening ear like another mom to me after mine passed. Thank You I appreciate all that you do and have done.

I must give a 5 star shout out to Ms. Bernice! I went to my unit one afternoon, only to find a lock on my unit. I was current in my payments and really couldn't figure out why it was locked. I called the number on the lock only to hear a "we are closed" message. I called the office the next morning, explaining my situation to Ms Bernice. She checked my account, then went to my unit. She called me back in minutes, letting me know she removed the lock. She is so thorough, and kind. I'm glad I chose this location!
Great facility
WORST company I have ever used in any city! Rate is price gauged from $185 promo - to $249 to now $299/mo. for the same unit and the regular price shown online WITHOUT a promo is $158/mo. I will be sending this our NEWS station there ABC24 to pursue a story to the community about Price Gauging (and in the cheapest crappy town in the US no less). Awful customer service all around.
Don't even think about it. This place is a homeless campsite around back on their property and they know it. It is a real dump, nasty property on the backside 4409 Summer Ave! The neighbors that live behind the storage are going through the hell of having strangers come and go out of our neighborhood in cars and foot in Berclair. This is part of the news 3 story that aired last week about 536 Berclair Rd. last week. Some of the same people coming and going from there. I will be talking to property management about the problem today. Believe me your items will not be stored safely there.
This is the worst establishment ever! My grandmother has rented a unit here for the past 4 years and has had nothing but a horrible experience. From the start the rates are outrageously expensive but they are everywhere. Then a couple months/years go by and the rates start going up and up. She started with having two units a bigger and smaller one. Well like I said they went up on both. So we eventually got rid of some stuff in the smaller one and fit it all into the bigger unit well that was still $321 a month just for the one unit. Well just got a email from Public Storage saying that starting Sept 1st the rate will go to $395 a month. What a complete rip off this company is and what a shame that someone is proud to do this to human beings. While people are using these storage units to keep there items somewhere someone is out pocketing that money and for what cause they are definitely not doing anything good in the world. God bless this company because who owns it will meet their maker one day.
Aisha was a great help with 2 units before closing

I wish I could give it zero stars. I rented a small unit on June 30, 2024. The total was $91. On July 5, 2024, I attempted to retrieve my items. I was locked out for non-payment. I called the 1800 number and I paid the $3 balance. I informed the attendant that I would remove my belongings and close the unit.
They told me I could get a refund due to the short time I rented the unit. When I received a call about my refund, it was one dollar and they would mail me a check for two dollars.
Given the amount of time I rented the unit, I was surprised. The representative told me I could receive more than half of the money I spent on the unit.
Despite my experience with the company, Aisha was a great representative and gave the best customer service. However, I wish I could write a great review about the company she works for.

Great storage unit, safe place
KeKe is TOP NOTCH! Every time I have a question she is so helpful and detailed. When I initially moved in the gate was experiencing a malfunction, and she came outside several times, regardless of the cold weather, to assist me and my movers with entering and exiting safely. I truly appreciate KeKe's kindness and patience.
Broken gate, broken promises. Had to manually push the gate up when it got stuck half way up trapping me inside. Second month was promised to be a dollar on a promotion. When we got the bill they said it wasn’t for that location. On month 4 the rent increased 20% without notice. The employees in the office are polite and helpful. Corporate comes from the same level of he11 that Comcast customer service comes from.

Had to move out due to theft to my property. Some tried to steal my trailer off the lot. They broke in it and stole stuff and did damage. The property manager did not care at all. She said they cameras at the gate don't work sometimes. This is not acceptable how do cameras only work sometimes. I chose this particular storage because of the cameras. This is so disappointing. Don't store stuff here..it's not safe.

You should really be proud of the team you have at the Summer ave location both young ladies really are keepers. Smart, attentive, knowledgeable, polite, especially Tiffany, that personality is amazing, she is definitely management material.
the girl at the counter ( Tiffany)helped me with the unit I was looking for I picked out the wrong size she was very helpful and knowledgeable on the size of the units and the prices. Couldn't have been any better service!!! Extremely happy with her service.!

Since Megan is not there no more, my unit got broke into and they called me at 11:04 am and Tiffany is very unprofessional. When Megan was there I never had a problem with my unit until now. Then Tiffany want us to keep the same unit they broke into we had to keep asking for another unit. I believe it was a in side job cause no other unit was broken into. I called the police to fill a report. Tiffany never gave me anything saying they filled a report on there end. Then she going to tell me no one broke into our unit but I have the picture to show they cut there stuff and took the lock with them

Kinda expensive on there units. I got a climate control one and it’s not even climate control. Would like my money back on the climate unit and have a regular unit.
