Security seemed good
Storage area looks very safe and secure! I got a 10x10 which was recommended for my daughter's one bedroom , den, washer and dryer. It is little tight, however you know young lady's and their stuff. It also has two roll-up doors about the size of regular doors, only one goes up, so I really recommended you look at this size before getting it, I didn't! Oh you kind have to purchase a lock only take cylinder locks. Cost almost 90, however glad because there is a gate to enter as well. And there's an app, you can use on your phone!
It was a pleasure doing business with Public Storage, Kristi & Shari. They were very personable and knowledgeable and helped me find just the right size unit.
Public Storage on Covington Pike is great.
Kristi the General Manager is kind , courteous, and great with communication. She fastidiously worked at getting my account/rental all setup when we experienced a weird glitch in the matrix (internet/e-rental). The facility is neat and well-kept. I’m glad I chose Public Storage on Covington Pike for my storage needs.

This facility property manager has a horrible negative attitude. She harasses customers to pick up trash that was already present while unloading their items. She requires holding driver licenses to access the bathroom or use the facility cart & will not return the dl until she checks the bathroom after your exit and after the cart is returned to her. Otherwise the bathroom is always locked & carts are kept in the main office. The elevators rarely work & there is no option to access upstairs units after 5pm. Very unethical & unprofessional!

I’ve rented 3 units for about 9 months and received nothing but the best customer service from Kristi and her team! The property was always clean and never had any issues. Also some of the best prices around!

I'm giving Monica five stars because I was there with my son and was trying to put some stuff in my unit. And my son was crying and I couldn't pick him up. But she pick him up and got him to stop crying while I got my thing inside the unit. The other woman never did that. Thanks Monica
I went to Public Storage with my Aunt and it was a woman by the name Monica who was there and she explained everything to her and she was so nice and sweet. Thank you Monica for being nice to my Auntie.
I call up there to ask about my bill and I was mad. But the woman who work there by the name Monica broke it down and and explain everything to me. I’m good now

There was an issue with my online rental. Megan and Kristi (and her trainee) we're so sweet and had my issue resolved quick. Great great great customer service! If it was a scale of 1-10 service they would get an 11.
