My payments didn't go thru and instead of txting calling or emailing me to let me know so I can fix the problem they just auctioned my stuff off so do not use this any public storage and when I went there to try and figure out was going on it took almost 30 mins to finally get someone to the front desk just to be rude and extremely dismissive of the whole situation

Perfect location, easy access with the app to open the gate. Hours are reasonable and safe. Area is safe, secure, and monitored. Easy to back or pull in a large truck or trailer to load and unload. With our first unit, she actually drove to the facility with us, made sure we could access the gate and unit. When we needed another unit in Hixon, TN she provided amazing service and problem solving skills to us in Florida. Tracy is definitely my go-to person and has made this move much, much easier!

There pricing is ridiculous! I have 2 storage units, but only one with public storage in Chattanooga, the other is another storage place in Nashville. The place in Nashville charges me $70 a month for a 10 x 20 and the price has never changed in 5 YEARS. I moved some of my things into a small storage 5 X 10 here in Chattanooga. It was $52 a month. Less than 6 months later it went to $62 a month, another 6 months goes by and it is now $72 a month for a tiny storage unit. I moving my items somewhere else, the price just keeps going up, up up, up....I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND PUBLIC STORAGE TO ANYONE..........EVER. Take your business somewhere else. UPDATED REVIEW 2/18/22. Well jokes on me. I Should have moved. I work and travel a lot. I was unable to move my stuff until until this month. I stayed here way too long. Price went up to a $150 per month for a 5' by 10' spot on nasty concrete. Many items destroyed because the place was infested with rats and mice. Chewed up almost everything. They don't have a pest control that takes care of the exterior of the storage buildings. I understand I should have had renters insurance. However, renter's insurance should be for more a catastrophe such as flooding or fire. Not damages from rodents. There were no edibles of any type in my storage unit. I had a 10 X 10 storage unit that I also cleared out from another place. But they had no additional openings or I would have originally moved my items there. It was $85 a month and I had the place for 7 years and they never increase the rent ever. And no rodents. Avoid Public Storage
