This is just a head up, but they do increase rent by about fifty dollars just a couple in!
I was defrauded by this company many times! My rent was increased, it kept going up, my unit was robbed, no one said anything. If you’re late they charge you on the seventh after they imply you could pay on the seventh. Late fee. And if you’re just a month late they will remove your access to your unit, and so. Much. More!
I’m also dealing with identity theft and believed it may be related!

If you need storage in the Chattanooga area, come to this location exactly! You have the two best and most helpful guys working the lot. Keith & Danny both work the lot and give off very wholesome your sweet older neighbor/ helpful grandpa vibes where you feel really take care of.
Keith was able to pinpoint could to find the most ideal unit at the best price and helped me find a local organization to donate a bunch of stuff to. I’m super happy about that because all the proceeds went to a good cause (better than dropping it off at a goodwill)

I am elderly and need assistance from time to time. Danny who works in the office at Public Storage on Hixson Pike has been a blessing to me! He is always there and answers the phone when I call or he calls me back if he is busy. He explains things to me that I don’t understand to help keep it simple! Danny gets TEN stars for his customer service and personality!! (I didn't have the pleasure of meeting Keith.) Seriously, Really, really great service.
The only reason I couldn't give five stars to Public Storage, in general, is because of the repeated rate changes for longer-term storage. If you only need it for a minute, it's great! But I had two 5x10s at a different location, whose rates went up 3 times in the couple of years I was there. I emptied those and rented this unit sometime in May, and by Sept got a notice that my rent was increasing by about $25/month. I've had many units over the years and Public Storage is the only one that's done this. I hated leaving Danny; he was able to get 6 more months for me at the old rate, but I was able to move to a new storage place much closer to home who promised my rate would remain the same.

Danny is super friendly and always looking to help you out as a customer. His communication is clear and his friendly manner makes ya want to invite him for Sunday dinner. Always expect a handshake and a smile. He helped me get fair storage rates and continues to be a friendly face during a turbulent time for me. If you need to rent storage space, this is the place to do it. The facilities are clean and I feel my possessions are safe here. Every time I’ve been here I’ve seen an employee doing rounds. Security cameras are a plus. Wish they would bring back vehicle storage though. Minus that, 10/10!
