DAWN is a Blessing! They finally have someone in there who knows what they are doing!!! She is professional, and so helpful! Her patience and dedication to getting it right is rare to see these days. And so many of the other tenants have told me how grateful they are as well. With all the changing of owners ,and district managers etc. It has been a nightmare. But We finally have someone now that we can count on ! And hopefully Public Storage sees the value in her hard work, and fantastic customer service as well! PLZ DONT EVER LEAVE DAWN!
Pathetic. The manager is never there and rarely calls anyone back. There climate controlled units are barely cooled which I addressed months ago but noting has been done about it. We were supposed to have received two “supervisor” phone calls, regarding this issue, but didn’t get either one. Looking at other options and filing a complaint with BBB.
Been with now public storage now for 20 years or so and has been more than fantastic! Working with Patricia and been so great !!
Patricia is awesome. Always informative, super helpful and very friendly. She helped me get things right and kept me as a customer after I was irritated from 3 consecutive rate hikes out of the blue. I appreciate Patricia's work ethic and her smile.👍

Simply Self Storage is great. Until you only need 1 of the 2 units you been renting for almost a year. Then they keep charging you. I have one unit full of stuff andnthe other has been cleaned out since December. This has been the worst experience ever. Run somewhere else.
I was originally going to give 2 stars since I do take some responsibility for not viewing the property before making a reservation, but now I cannot get ahold of anyone on property.
This facility may work for you, but I suggest viewing it prior to reserving. The facility is either much older than other storage facilities in the area or it hasn't been kept up. It also isn't in the safest location of Collierville. Standing water was everywhere when we pulled up to our unit and I am not convinced it wouldn't get inside the unit. The unit also wasn't the cleanest so I did not put any of my stuff in there. We immediately called and asked for a refund, but were told they don't do refunds and would have to ask the DM (District Manager?) for approval. I've called several times with no response and have not heard anything from them.
I'll update my review IF I receive any feedback.
This place is a complete rip off!! They have taken two drafts from my account for a storage unit that I have never set foot in!! I entered into an agreement to get a storage unit. Then my son decided not to move. I called them back the same day, but no one answered the phone. I came back and no one was there even though it was still business hours. I called and came by the next day for a refund. I was told that no refunds would be given. This was bad enough!! I spent $102 for a storage unit that I never set foot in. Then, imagine my surprise when they drafted another month's payment ($91) at the beginning of the month from my account! They are fully aware that I have never used the storage and did not want or need it! They have never responded to my request for a refund or any assurance that they would stop the drafts from my account. A complete rip off!!
