Very professional !
My rental doubled in less than a year. Rip off
I've been renting with them since June 2022 and it's not going great. The rent is constantly going up. It went up 3 times since I first got the unit. I've got the climate controlled unit but NOTHING about it is climate controlled. It is always hot in the unit. the thermostat is set on 80 degrees until no air is flowing at all.
Also, there is no one ever in the building to talk to. There are dead bugs like wasps, roaches and mosquitos on the floor. The rent it going up, yet not is being upkept. It's a mess.
For a 5x10 unit, the smallest unit, I was paying $35 originally with simply storage. When it changed to public storage it went up to 60. It increased again to $75. Now it sits at $85 per month for the SMALLEST unit! Do not use this company. They will rob you.

They are charging me double the price agreed upon and the advertisement says almost half cheaper then I am paying I will fix this when they hold up to there end of checking out how to fix this

…of all my past public storage experiences, hands-down the Public Storage facility in Collierville has been the best. The facility is always clean, easily accessible, and I have no worries about the security of my stored items. Also, Jess has been very accommodating and efficacious with handling my account from the date I moved in through the present. Highly recommend for your storage needs.
I can not brag enough on this location. I was treated with respect and knew my business mattered. If I ever need to rent a storage space again, it WILL be here.

I went to the location this morning on 4/8 and the young lady that was there was very helpful and had a lot of information about the unit that I would have needed but the only reason why I didn't get the storage was the price wasn't in my budget at the moment.
