Okay - except I was quoted one price and charged $20 more per month
Best place to get your mail and shop around
Very nice building
Ever since Public Storage took over this business it has been downhill. It used to be very clean and in very good working order. I tried to get into my unit this morning and none of the three doors are working. They also do not staff the building during normal business hours. You have to call into an 800 number and you just get computer after computer. Impossible to talk to a real human. It is air conditioned but I believe they're leaving it on a little over 80°.
Update 8/6: Tom reached out to me from Public Storage to address some of my concerns after I wrote the review. Prior to them taking over this business it was run more like a family system and now that its corporate there are certain standardization that they have to meet. He adressed all my concerns and I appreciate him taking the time to call.
Brittany was very sweet and helpful assisting my mother with getting into her unit yesterday.

We are at the end of our first month renting a unit here now, and so far, I'm impressed. The check-in process was smooth, and the unit was perfect for our needs. I'd like to give a special shout out to Ralph, who was extremely helpful on multiple occasions. There was a problem with my lock when I first moved stuff in, and he fixed it right away. The next time I was there, he checked on me on his way out after 5pm to make sure everything was still going well. He was also very helpful to my wife and mother in law when they came to reorganize the unit. Overall great experience thus far. Keep up the good work, Ralph!

I received a notice that my fees were going up and I was a little confused so I came into the office and I spoke with a lovely lady by the name of Gloria. I really was coming in to cancel my storage, but she show me a smaller storage so I can keep my much needed items packed away. I've been a tenant at Simply Self Storage for over 2 years now as a matter of fact I moved out of town and left my storage building there and was there when they were previously better boxes. I've always been very pleased with the staff the management and the facilities at Simply Self Storage and especially with the property management manager Gloria. Very friendly helpful even when time when I lost my keys they cut my old lock off put a new one on took care of everything and held the key for me and just charge me for the cost of a new lock it was very helpful thanks guys I appreciate it

Gloria made my experience the excellent experience it was. She was nice, patient, and accommodating! I signed a new storage contract because of her, not the unit. There are numerous similar storage facilities within spitting distance but they lack her customer service.
