Super friendly Kristina very helpful and patient.
I was very pleased with the experience from start to finish. Reserved the space online and was also able to purchase insurance through Orange Door. Brand new climate controlled indoor unit was very reasonably priced. Downloaded the app which has all the information I needed. Space was ready when I arrived, could not have been easier. Highly recommend!!

Not sure if they hide it or it’s in the small print but this is the second time they’ve raised a unit price by 40% after me paying only 3 months (and of course all my stuff is neatly organized) seems VERY shady
Update: I guess since their new facility reputation is at stake they actually corrected the atrocity this time around by letting me have 3 more amazing months at the rate WHICH I SIGNED UP FOR. Still gonna go up to $175 in 3 months. ?And then prob to $225 if I know them. Sad part is most folks using the service are not rich. And single moms can’t just go move all
their stuff a second time without it costing a ton for movers.

We had to rent 2 different storage units, including moving from 1 to another. Anne was terrific to work with - knowledgeable , thoughtful, patient. Facility is clean and easy to access. They are not kidding about the 9 pm closure - you get locked out at 9:15. Other than that, great experience.

Ashley was very helpful and explained all the options I had.
I had never used a storage facility before and Anne was incredibly helpful when the truck with our entire house load of belongings arrived. Everything was just as she had described and when we determined we needed more space, she was quick to offer solutions. Multiple checks of the facility are run throughout the day and I feel very confident that my belongings are safe and secure.

Ann has been wonderful helping me secure a unit for storage. She’s very friendly and helpful. My unit is very clean, easy access and a bathroom in the building which is great. No more running to gas stations like I had to do at another location.
