Leanne was so helpful, friendly and professional.
The property I rent my space at is a self serve location. I had to go to another location to conclude my issue. Leanne contacted the property manager, Tammy, at that location and briefed her on my situation. That was an added bonus so I didn’t have to repeat all the details.

It's pretty easy to see why this facility/location has such good reviews. With a smile, Dani jovially accommodated my unexpected visit (and others' visits, too!), found the unit size I needed (which was *not* currently listed as available on the corporate website), and, then, proceeded to have a wonderful discussion about the virtues of organic gardening and soil microbiomes, all while intelligently handling brass-tack paperwork and without treating me as customer cattle.

LeAnne is awesome. She is like your favorite Aunt. She took her time with me explained everything to me even when it was five minutes before closing. She took that extra time to get me through the app and paperwork. Coming from a retail background, I truly know how much I hate that last customer. But she handled my transaction with a smile.
