They are raising our rent by $100 every few months - we started out paying $215 then it went to $315 and now they are raising it again to $395. We haven’t even been there a year. And will be leaving obviously because this increase will happen every few months from here on out. They offer low prices to get you in and then they raise them and keep raising them to get you out I guess. Luckily there are other storage places that don’t operate like a scam. Will be sharing this on other review sites as this review will be buried. Go elsewhere- not worth the hassle of being price gauged and see other reviews about them doing the same thing. Their response says it all. They don’t care and will never change or stop this scam.

Justin and Kayelahni were VERY helpful, from answering a long list of questions I had to (embarrassingly) offering me first aid for a cut I reviewed with my own tape measurer while measuring the unit space. Overall COMPLETELY impressed and satisfied with this location’s customer service and helpfulness. I would highly recommend!!

My rent went from 350 to 420... quite a large rent increase from one month to the next. I have no option other than moving my stuff and taking it elsewhere ASAP. I REALLY hate this business.

They graciously called me ahead of time and asked if I would like to see what the unit size looked like and if I wanted to look at any other sizes. I set up a time with them and they were there when I arrived. I’ve rented here years ago and now they have an app that makes it easy to pay and access the door to get into the property! Love it! Safe place kayelahni and Jen were helpful today
So I started off with paying 160 dollars for a storage unit. Randomly they add 100 more to the storage unit. Never any leniency when it comes to payments. If you’re a couple days late they will tack on an outrageous fee. Horrible storage unit. Pay way too much money for a small unit. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and let everyone know. NOT to rent storage here

We stored here for years and we’re really satisfied with the experience. It was worry free knowing that the property was well maintained and safe. Management really went above and beyond helping with rate decreases along the way. Yeah prices increase but anytime we would call to talk about the rates Kay would always try to get it lowered and if she couldn’t she would try again every month if we had to. We even got our late fees waived when she brought it to our attention when we would come in to pay. we finally were able to buy a house and left because we no longer needed the unit. When we moved she recommended how to pack the unit (since it outside) to protect our stuff. Which helped keep everything safe during the year of storage. We moved to Seattle and if needed will use this company again.

Management here is awful. They harass you if you're in your storage for more than 10 minutes and tell you that you have a 30 minute limit, very rudely might I add. Kehlani to be exact is the most unprofessional and rude person I've ever had to deal with. Our storage unit has a hole in the ceiling. All of our belongings now have mold on them and water damage due to the huge hole in the ceiling. When I asked her about info to our insurance which you are required to have by law in Oregon she responded by saying that I don't have insurance. She wouldn't even move our storage unit. So I'm now having to place a tarp over everything until I can move out and call ally belongings a loss with no rebursement.
I have to give at least one star for this review to post, but I'd prefer to give ZERO. We signed up for a storage unit, that when we physically viewed the unit realized it was too small for our needs. We contacted corporate and was told to go in and request a transfer. We went in to request a transfer and they quoted us a higher price the the promotion online. When we asked if they could honor the promotion, they said it was for "new" customers, and they wouldn't consider us "new" even though we had not moved anything into the original smaller unit and wanted to transfer to the larger one within a week of becoming a "new" customer. No worries, though, they lost a customer and another storage unit gained one.

I want to take a moment to say how appreciative I am of Kayelahni’s help. I have been trying to get an issue resolved for about a year with no luck. Today I spoke to Kayelahni, and she is doing her best to get the issue resolved!! Thank you so much!!
I was nervous to rent a storage unit because I had never done it before. The fill-in property manager Julie helped me and made the process super easy and straightforward. She explained the prices and even had suggestions for how to make my reservation cheaper! The unit was clean, well lit, and safe. Excellent service!
I recently had a issue with another Public Storage facility, the personal at that facility told me not to worry about things. And that they would handle it, well the next thing I know I was turned over to their collection agency. I tried repeatedly to get things cleared up, I got no help from the staff there. I recently stopped in at the Oregon City Public Storage… I was able to get help right then and there from Kayelanni !! She called her District manager and they cleared up the problem. I’m just a few calls and very little time. I had spent hours with all the other phone calls to customer service and over seas call center. I know where I will be renting a storage unit when I need another one. Great service and PEOPLE!! Thank you for professional service and attitude.

Make sure you get your stuff out before telling them a relative who was renting it passes away. They lock you out till you can prove with the will, ID and death certicicate. We already had keys and code, but that did not matter. It's not their business! Over reach!
Holy smokes! This place is awful! Manager needs some serious training. We were locked out and treated like trash due to their mistake. Pretty amazing!
