Iv been using storages for 20 plus years, Iv been with this particular company for a couple of years now, and this has been by far the best experience Iv had with any storage Company! As a small business owner myself I know first hand how important it is to have a personable, reliable, customer service focused face to the team!!! Mrs.Tonya has been that for me always patient and kind willing to do whatever it takes to go the extra mile!!! Admittedly I’m not the easiest customer to deal with but Mrs.Tonya has always been a shining example to me of quality service!!! If her example is what this company is all about I’ll be a public storage customer for life!!! Had a bad experience with an employee, when Tonya here found out she called and apologized and did everything in her power to make things right.

Kudos to Tonya for her customer service. The cylinder lock assigned to my unit was not compatible with the lock portal, and she went above and beyond to provide a different style of lock from a nearby Public Storage location without hesitation. She was very accommodating throughout the rental process. I would recommend this location!

I had an amazing experience at this Public Storage! Tonya customer service was top-notch, I had a-lot of questions and she answered them very well. She also made the process easy and not overwhelming and found a good location for my new storage unit to be closer to my existing one. I highly recommend getting a storage unit at this location.

Awesome staff very helpful with transition and accommodating my needs with location for my belongings to be able to be safely secured. I had to do a last minute storage and was very please with how easy they made it. I will definitely say they go over and beyond to accommodate their tenants and let me not forget they have a clean facility. Very impressed highly recommended

I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness! Tonya went above and beyond to help me. She was knowledgeable and very patient with me and all of my questions.

Tonya is the star of this location…however public storage’s process is an absolute nightmare the reason for this rating. Typically when you reserve a space, it holds the space (like a hotel or dinner) however I found out the day before I was to move into my reserved space that it had already been rented out to someone else. I’m now left to find somewhere else last minute. Tonya did try to call me but I do have to work and was unable to talk to before they did this. I will never look to Public Storage to store anything anymore, but if you do, you have to know you need to rent it immediately (and pay for unused time) to actually save the space.

Tonya has been very helpful and friendly throughout our months long rental interaction. Her customer service is excellent, which seems to be rare these days with many businesses. We highly recommend Public Storage and Tonya!

Tonya was great help when I needed to buy some items. This storage place is one of the cleanest nicest ones I have ever used. I feel like it is very secure. When I come and go from here I see them regularly out walking around and checking locks and make sure everything is clean.

A place where we stored some stuff to get it out of the way for a while. It worked for what we needed and we are done with it. I feel that it was overpriced and don’t plan on using this option again.
