I was extremely pleased with my overall experience during my rental process of the storage unit. Christopher, the site manager, assisted me during my storage rental process. His pleasant demeanor and professionalism made the process very pleasant. The initial documentation process was fast and efficient.
The entire facility, to include my storage unit, was well maintained and cleaned. I highly recommend this public storage facility to anyone needing a clean, secure and well maintained storage facility for your belongings.

They ask you to leave a review when you come in to rent the unit at that time they seem very nice….. not being dishonest what they’ve done to me is sad Do not rent from this place! They raised my rent by almost 40.00 extra per month no notice no nothing I paid what I had been paying but could not afford more so now I have late fees they are not willing to work with you it’s not been a good experience for me. Also when they raised the rent I looked online to see how much my unit rented for it was a price like 90. I call the store I got a different price so I had 3 different amounts neither the store or website amount was nowhere close to what they was charging me. I wish you the best of luck when they raise the rent without telling you don’t say no one warned ya cause I did.

This place is just what I was looking for. I paid online, did not have to check in or anything, just use my code and find my spot. I got a small room storage, and didn't know where it was. As I was driving down the lanes, the man that runs the place cane over and helped me find where i needed to go - I was on the wrong side, of course. Very friendly, safe, and helpful staff. If i could give it more star's I would.

I'm in a unique situation as having to store all my stuff after 23 years of accumulation. This place has been great to work with me. When I have trouble with a lock sticking, Christopher is usually right on hand to help and show me how to unlock. They are also good about reminding you about payments. The storage units are clean and well-cared-for. I agree with the customer service being one of the best.

This particular location is great. I’ve never had trouble with anything. Great customer svc as well. But as far as the company goes I give a 1 star for randomly hiking up rent every 3-6 months. I now pay $65 more than I did a year ago

Got a unit at this location(from online). After a family emergency and other stuff came up(plus being new to the area), we realized there was a location a lot closer to our house. We never moved into the unit, but because it was over 24 hours, the only money we were able to get back was our lock purchase. But that is company policies. Other than that, I was helped by David, and he was very understanding and tried everything he could to try to help me out, and he genuinely seemed to care! His customer care was top-notch and helped retain me as a future customer to Public Storage!
The gentleman riding around on the golf cart was sweet. I wish I had gotten his name. The unit I had was overly priced for the size.
