This Public Storage Facility’s customer service has been very helpful throughout the years. Mariea was very informative on different options that they have to offer. Marco was kind and the most help as well.

Big storage, nice rental manager
I rented a unit here for just over a year and moved out of it a few months ago. The cost of my unit had raised towards the end, but it was only about $5 more than what I'd originally paid, so it was definitely reasonable considering other units were going up far more than Public Storage. (Public Storage still had the best rates)
The units were very clean and I didn't ever have any problems.
The employees and manager I had spoken with during my time with them were always extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! I recommend them for any of your storage needs.
My experience with Autumn at the public storage facility has been disappointing. Unfortunately, she's consistently absent during office hours, creating inconvenience for customers like myself. Additionally, her casual attire and seemingly indifferent attitude give the impression that she lacks enthusiasm for her role. Multiple instances of finding the office closed and a line of frustrated customers waiting outside have left me frustrated and questioning the level of professionalism at this location.
David was very pleasant and helpful our selection of a storage. We were having difficulty in deciding what size, not knowing if our things would fit. Turns out hedirected us to the perfect size.
Mariah at the Morgan Rd site was very helpful. I just stopped in to check out a space, she gladly showed me the unit I was interested in. I signed up to rent the unit on the spot. She explained everything very well and I downloaded the app while completing the paperwork. It was a seamless process. Thanks GJ

Haven’t been to my unit in quite some time so, I had some difficulty when I arrived.
I met a new staff member at the facility, Christoper, he helped me resolve all my issues and get on my way. He was soooo helpful, very refreshing to receive that sort of customer service! Chris was extremely polite and professional!

Rented a unit from here for about a year with no problems. Yesterday, I was notified my unit no longer had a lock on it. I immediately notified them that someone had tampered with the unit because I had not been there in over a month, the lock must have been cut. The lady that I believe lives on the property did not seem very interested in what I was telling her. She said she would check the cameras but that would take some time. When I met her in person, she still didn’t seem to care or had any concern that someone has broken into a unit on the property. She said she did not find any evidence on the cameras. I asked her what’s the next step and if I need to contact corporate about the crime. She said she’ll file an incident report. By the way she was acting I’m not sure if she checked the cameras or filed the report. She basically said if I don’t feel comfortable and want to change facilities she understands. If she would have been more concerned I would have considered staying but this is who I would be relying on to watch my possessions and I feel like she could care less about her role.
I did switch and will never return.

Looks like a clean place to store your stuff. My mother has a climate controlled unit that we moved her things into. They clean and check locks every morning. The lady up front seemed friendly and helpful.

This is the worst corporation I have dealt with in a very long time.
They are predatory, absentee owner's difficult to communicate with and they will essentially steal fees, fines and resources from you.
I vacated on the 28th of may they are still trying to collect for the month of june.
Avoid this location at all costs and avoid public storage corporation. They have layers of protection from the customer and themselves and the local franchises.

The best place to rent storage and parking space. Christopher helped me find exactly what I needed. He provided everything I needed to know about the place, and was professional, courteous and such a nice person. I couldn't believe he wasn't the manager, and would think Public Storage would benefit if he had a site to manage. Gates are pass coded which is a plus, site is pretty clean due to Autumn's diligent oversight. Autumn is a pleasure to talk with and cares about the tenants.

Too expensive they just raised rent and late fees they make more money then what already comes out yearly why in the heck would you raise prices especially after takeong over another storage complex a few months ago BTW one of the reasons in my opinion is that that company is based out of California and they want to continue to make their bonuses and what not it's pathetic what people do to other people

After having my unit not even 1 year they've raised the price on me, but I could rent the same size online and get it for way cheaper. Also my unit was broken into. As far as staff at this facility, they're lovely and can't help that the company overcharges customers. So the 3 stars are for the kind employees
