Ashley and Anthony were a true pleasure to work with. I am not a fan at all of public storage and the way the corporation treats their customers but these two have wonderful customer service skills and were always in good spirits despite dealing with many things at once.
I’ve rented here for a few years and have never had an issue. Until the other day my app was not working to let me in. Fortunately for me, Ashley was working and helped me so quick and made the process really easy for most this might seem like something so little but with someone who has extreme anxiety and a huge introvert, it was amazing. I seen her again today walking the property and again she was amazing and always has the biggest smile on her face! Thank you Ashley!

I just wanted to share my experience with this particular public storage off of Reno in Oklahoma City. I was hesitant about getting a storage unit since I know that the transient issue in that area is typically heavy. I got my storage a year ago almost to the day and I had not one problem! not only was my stuff safe and secure, but it also stayed relatively clean and no water had gotten into my unit or rodents or really any bugs! I came in emptied out my unit and Ryan and Vanessa.( I think that’s her name. I apologize if it’s not) were so wonderful. They came and checked it out before I even went into the office , and went ahead and started the closure paperwork so by the time I pulled around, it was already done! I’m so impressed with this facility. I really do think that they have a lot of pride in their job and it shows! Thank you so much for taking care of my things!

I just recently moved and I am in need of storage for some things for a few months. I stopped in to inquire about rates and policies and security. I spoke with Ryan King and he was very polite and informative. Very personable gentleman and he he represented the storage facility very well. Changing my 5 star review to a 1 star because plenty of expensive items went missing when I had a unit at this location. Would never recommend. Who ever lives there I believe goes through the units and STEALS. Then you have to pay a deductible for insurance to only pay out a few hundred dollars. Would never trust this company ever again.
Ryan went above and beyond helping get my unit vacated and everything squared away. 10/10. Also kudos to Anthony for documenting potential theft attempt and being super helpful.

The trash can has a lock on it so the ppl who pay to rent a storage can't even throw things in the trash
Her nice and personal people, but had trouble getting into the units when they had to go to another facility
If you make a reservation prepare to pay then or be called about it until you're ready to move stuff in. It says on the pages leading up to the confirmation of making reservations that you can pay on move in. It would have been 1 week for me.
My only issue is if it's an issue to wait to pay don't flat out announce it as an option in the reservation system. Declare you have to call and discuss payment arrangements.
Talk about bait and switch.

It's ok if you need something last minute but to keep upping the price is not ok.
Over billed several times and half the time the lights are off out back and the storage light want even come on when the door is open. They have the electric shut off. If someone was to break in the camera couldn't identify them because it's to dark.

Too small and don't get a big uhaul truck because there's hardly any space to move around and they park the storaged cars right in the way instead of having them towards the back area
I am not satisfied with this storage anymore they keep saying that I'm late twice in two months I did pay them I am not late I'm paid up my bill is not due until February 1st I don't know why they are still charging me I have been ok when I first signed up in 2022 but January 2023 I'm not

Very disappointed been paying for a unit here for 3 years today I needed assistance and the lady working was in her car looked at us then went inside the private office building I knocked on the door and she was smoking a cigarette inside and said she couldn’t help us until she was back on the clock not sure her name but she drives a black Cadillac so if she’s working highly recommend waiting until someone else is there that will actually do there job. I’m very unhappy with this experience

wondrous customer service from the two ladies at the front. it was raining when i got there yesterday and the unit i got online wasn’t fully ready yet so with a truck bed full of boxes i was in a rush. they quickly found me a new unit and even gave me a covered spot to park to get out of the rain! 11/10
We stored our fifth wheel here for 3 months while we were in Colorado for work. The woman who runs the front desk is amazing! Our fifth wheel was exactly how we left it. The price is unbeatable. I would 100% store here again!
Update: I’m knocking down stars because we have been sitting at the gate waiting be let out for 10 minutes so far. It’s 99° out and we have 2 dogs. Whoever is working today left and there’s no sign on the door to indicate where they are or when they’ll be back. We’ve called several times hoping it may transfer to a cell phone. It does not.
Update: We sat here for 30 minutes.
Only draw back closing at 9pm wish it was open later.
