Went to look at a unit and the staff was absolutely amazing! Julie was so helpful and attentive. I will definitely be back to rent a storage unit when I’m ready to move! The prices are great and it’s very well kept!

This place has so many wonderful staff.especially Ashley and Jessica are so help, friendly and also very professional. I definitely recommend this storage space if you’re looking for a place to store extra stuff.

The person who normally I deal has a. very nice and warm personality. On my last visit, the guy was not informative when I asked questions about policies. I am unsure who the person in charge is, but I find her rather rude and dishonest. She needs a class on how to communicate amicably with customers because I am sure that I am not the only person she has annoyed.

Alert dont rent here..ive been at this storage for about 5 years and rates keep increasing,just recently was told rates would increase by another $41 a month,it would cost me more a month then a new customer,jessica is the manager and she has horrible customer service,last month in march i was desperate to downsize to save on monthly fees,i had asked numerous times over a period of time .i could never get a total cost so i did call and leave a message for jessica to return my call for a final price and she did not return my call after 3 days so i showed up on storage property and confronted her for not returning my call with final price,she said weve been over this several times,i wanted to move immediately to a smaller unit and my schedule for everything i was going thru would of only allowed a few days and now it was to late for me to move to smaller unit or vacate facility because of my time schedule,jessica was rude and disrespectful to me and she said i dont have to call you back and if you want price you have to be on property,i cant drive there when im busy and thats a lie thats why they have phones and the web site and property,thats 3 ways to do business so i ended up having to rent for another month in the larger unit i wanted out of.i called corporate to complain and i said i wanted to talk to a district manager and no one called me back except jessica called and was mad and said you went over my head and was loud and hateful even interupting me numerous times .and i said yes i did because you wont call me back,she has been hateful every since.this facility has poor security cameras,never had electric in my units always had to use flashlights,no 24hr access unless you hide in your unit at night,lots of thieft,gate was non working for over a month and broke down frequently,people living in units,homeless people hanging around facility,manager that picks and chooses to call customers back,has a bad attitude.sits in her car alot during work hours,several months back she was suppose to vacate an outside storage i had and she didnt do the vacate and i almost had to pay another month until i complained and it was finally resolved,jessica needs to be retrained on customer service and her job responsibilities.most reviews i read are good but i wonder how many times they had to deal with jessica.also back about 6 months ago i was having health issues and i couldnt drive to facility to make cash payment so i left numerous phone messages on how i could pay and it took about 3 days for a return call and I almost had a late fee,i have now vacated public storage completely and i will never use this overpriced under skilled company ever again,ive had alot of issues at this facility,i believe public storage corporate and facility manager jessica should be investegated and that i should be compensated for the last month rental for all the issues ive had.ryan is a fill in employee with great customer service need more people like ryan.I posted this review over a month ago and someone stopped my review and i got no reply so im having to redo the review to make others aware of this facility.update again,district manager called me and was hateful that i gave a one star review and she tried to bribe me when i said i wanted my last payment due compensated and she said if i took away my review she would consider it and i said i will not because my review is what i think and what i went through and that it should be seen by others,the district manager got mad and was hateful with me and then got off the phone abruptly without any promises and if you notice no one has replied to my review.this is why so many companys are failing today due to lack of customer service.we the customer are who pays their salarys,I guess they dont understand that concept.my review stands.public storage is corrupt and needs investigated.

After you've had an appropriate amount of time to fill your unit; I think it was about a year, they will increase your rates by a third. Yes, my monthly payment went from $78 to $103; just due to corporate greed. Luckily I barely used my unit, so it's just a couple car loads. A 33% increase due to corporate greed is enough to move my stuff. But it's not that easy for most. Before you open a unit here, think about the cost of moving it all when your rates go up 33%.

Jessica was great, and very friendly.

I believe they robbed my storage and changed my locks, stole thousands of dollars worth of items. They were very unhelpful and didn't even submit my lock cut request, refuse to look at the cameras go figure. The first thing they claim is they didn't my storage was robbed daylight during opening hours. They don't even fix the storage doors after but can fix the office and the concrete. I have still yet to see any type of compensation from there insurance. I moved to this storage after being robbed and got robbed again. But they swear they don't know anything and that all of a sudden the cameras do not work

Jessica is extremely professional and very quick about her job, we dropped in out of nowhere with a library’s worth of books and she had us in and out with the quickness.

Me and my wife kept her car at the Public Storage for three weeks. It was such a nice and easy experience. The property manager Jessica was very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend using this public storage facility!

Use caution when parking RV here. Ours was vandalized. There’s no security or insurance that protects your vehicle when it gets broken into, because “I wouldn’t even know where to start looking on the video” to find the perp for a police report. But, they’ll give you a $25 credit for your troubles. It’s a $300 lock.

Jessica is very pleasant to deal with. I actually look forward to going to storage just to see her. She is a people person for sure.

The facility is clean and secure. The management is quite impressive. I've only been with them for 3 or 4 months but I am very satisfied thus far. If I feel the need to adjust or update this, I will do so.

Self service nw 40th is where my unit is but this is the managing location - Super super helpful and very kind. Even though I've had my struggles with payments, I kept it real and they really helped me. ❤👌👍

Absolutely loved the customer service I got today, Jessica was amazing. She didn't have to but she even went and told us another PS location was having like a first month rent deal for the smaller units they have available. But let me tell you I'm glad I decided to take a look at the unit she had because the care she took to make sure all my needs were gonna be met was awesome...I look forward to continuing to work with her for as long as I have my stuff in her location

I’ve had my storage a few years and it’s never been an issue with security or privacy the staff is very polite & helpful the property is clean. The downside is they call if your one day late on payment & every day after until it’s paid ! Text, email, calls it’s a bite much & pricey I pay $135 & 155 if late for a small & they went up on the price after about a year into my lease But other than that it’s a decent storage. You probably could have a more affordable for the size. Good luck

Absolutely amazing!! Due to circumstances beyond any ones imagination, my partner and I were unable to unload a 26ft Uhaul at our apt. When I rented the Public Storage building online, I chose the wrong size. Imagine my surprise when I found out. LOL Jessica, the CS Rep, Manager, Front Desk, (whatever her title) was truly wonderful!! She helped me figure out exactly what size I needed and then everything fell in place. Thank you Public Storage for being available and THANK YOU Jessica for all you did for me and continue to show it in every way. Your smiling face was a bright spot in our "nightmare move from hell". Keep up the good work!

I actually didn't rent a unit here. I just needed help. I went to the wrong location after a very long drive and the lady here was super helpful with looking up my account info and getting me a locksmith.

Prolly don't want my opinion of this particular storage facility, because i have not so good memories of this exact one. Had nothing to do with the professionalism of the owner though.

Wonderful experience with a very bright and cheery lady named Alicia! I am an elderly woman moving closer to my daughter when she suggested your storage units. I called and Alicia says "Good morning.. hope your day is going well, how may I help you"? I told her my situation and what I needed. She quickly went to work, checking the units available. Explained everything A-Z. Because I ask a lot of questions and was very patient because I'm hard of hearing. Within 30 minutes I had a unit! She helped make my transition from here to there a wonderful experience and such a kind person. Thank you!
