I went back to Public Storage on 104th street to rent a larger unit. Sandra is very proficient and knowledgeable. She helped me get the right size unit along with some items to protect my keepsakes. This facility is always clean and I feel confident that my stuff will be just fine there.

I’m only giving 5 stars because of Cindy, that lady is heaven sent on earth, by God himself, I’ve never met anybody more caring in my life public storage as a company is not as great as it seems, but her being the person that I dealt with for that company made it all worth being there, regardless of the terrible service I received from the company she made the customer service worthwhile and the treatment I receive worth spending my money there. I’m going to miss her wheshe’s gone. She is literally heaven sent and I just know God‘s gonna keep her wrapped in his arms all in the rest of her years and honor her , as good as she’s been to others pray the rest of her life she gets to llve it to the fullest the fullest and that the happiness and you brings to others comes back to her in more ways than one❤️

The manager Cindy, is simply amazingn hence the 5 star. Public storage as a company not so muchn only give 1 star. Many bad experiences with PS over the years. Will be vacating soon if customer friendly changes aren't made.

When it was Storage Oklahoma, I was paying 149/mo. Public Storage(who is trying to monopolize) took over and raised me $40/mo to $189. Wasn't happy, but whatever. Then, 3 months later raised me $52 to $241/mo. In a 3 month period of taking over, they increased my rent $92. I leave 5 stars for Cindy! She has been there from the start (before conglomerate) took over. I can't express enough how much of an amazing manager! I've thoroughly enjoyed being her tenant. If PS wasn't so greedy I would still be there. They will trap you. Start with great price, 90 days increase. 1 year. Increase. And not 5 or 10 bucks. Way up. So when you are moved in, you are trapped. Do not use them unless you need a unit for less than 90 days. They probably raise at 6 months too, but I can't say with certainty. On the bright side, if you do use them, Cindy will take great care of you. She is a person who operates from a kind heart. If it is in her control, she will do whatever it takes to help. One day another company would be SMART to steal her away. I know I would if I had my own business. Thank you Cindy. You were wonderful. God bless.

Every time I have talked to Cyndie on the phone, she’s always so pleasant and helpful! We had some issues with getting the keypad to work recently, and she really helped with getting us into our unit! So so appreciative for people like her that don’t make me feel dumb for not being able to work technology always.

Cindy was absolutely a delight! She assisted me with the online discount offers, showed me the rental unit, explained my options and just took extra time to make sure I understood what I was signing up for. Truly enjoyed my interaction with Cindy and how much she loves the property.

CINDY was amazing! She was super nice to us. We had a bad experience with the other public storage down on walker and 79th; just that same day we went to Cindy and she was absolutely amazing. What s there to say about a storage unit? Well this place has super easy access and was perfect for my budget! Plus I really like the location of this place.

Clean area. Employees do walk throughs to make sure storage is locked. If there’s something wrong they call.

I will never rent from public storage again even though I was a good paying on time customer myself use to faithfully pay my rent before the crack of day begins them money hungry people charging me for a storage myself not using anymore refused to delete my account I got my stuff out July 1 I know I had to get it out before hand poor woman right here couldn't find no support even thought there was people in this big world had the some ideal to purchase all the U-Hauls I didn't had no hope but to wait on July 1 when I finally got someone to help me they still haven't deleted my account that's why the the balance still there to infect my credit public storage y'all people need to have Marcy work with y'all customer if u want them to come back again change the policy so it can make more sense 😡

Good safe place to stow your things. Great customer service from Cindy. Since the PS take over I have been harassed with almost daily useless emails with no option to unsubscribe or alter the mailings. My gate access is restriced to ridiculous hours. How is anybody supposed to move their things in or out of the facility if they close the gates so early. I avoided PS when I searched for a storage facility because of their restricted ridiculous hours and here I am dealing with the fact that they bought out the company that I searched high and low for I'm sick to my stomach over the takeover.

We have had a unit a Storage Oklahoma #2 for a few years. We recently had the need for another unit at Storage Oklahoma #7. Very smooth move in, clean facility, and great staff! Everything I needed in a storage facility.

I've had a unit here for the last two years. Cindy was always exceptionally sweet and helpful with all my questions and concerns. The grounds and units were always clean. You can rest easy knowing your items are safe at Storage Oklahoma. I highly recommend!
