My husband parked our car at Public Storage, Moore, OK (open space 009) in May 2023 and later received move out receipt from this facility a month later. We haven’t moved out since we are out of the states, and the facility manager emailed us that they could not find our car. We left the car there for the summer as we are traveling out of state. We emailed them several times, contacted via Facebook, left recorded messages, only after two weeks the property manager responded. We left our car there because we trusted Public Storage to store our vehicle safely, but now we’re not sure where exactly is our car. Be careful when you store your stuff here. Their response is severely lacking and their security is questionable!

I've had a couple of units with public storage. This is the 2nd time I've met Bella. She is always so helpful and cheerful.

I cannot say enough positive things about this particular Public Storage facility. The premises are always well-kept, clean and well-lit. I am never afraid of going to my unit at night by myself, although I am always aware of my surroundings, but the facility offers security that money cannot buy. This facility has a precious treasure that one does not have far to find, and that is this facility's manager, Juanita. She is always present, with a welcoming smile and a willingness to be helpful in ways that most would not think about, without thought of any reward. She has a positive work ethic that is rarely seen today. She is always professional yet pleasant and has a keen sense of awareness of her responsiblities regarding her position within this company and does not seem to shirk any of them. It is my personal experience with Juanita, that I have observed her to go above and beyond goes above and beyond in her service for her customers. Public Storage could have looked the world over and wouldn't be able to find a better person to be in place as a positive representative for their company. I would whole-heartedly and unequivocally recommend Public Storage, particularly at this location. You can rest easy knowing your belongings that you have stored here is safe and your storage needs will be met by Juanita.

Nice, clean property with enough room to get a large trailer in and out.

Started at $45 a month. Now, not even 6 months later requiring $88 on the smallest unit. However, upon speaking with the office they offered a lower rate to help me out for my remaining time there but could not justify having a unit payment with my personal items there.

Public Storage area is nice and safe. I got a climate controlled unit. Juanita in the office was super nice and helpful! She was kind and explained everything I needed to know. I'd definitely recommend them.

Manager Zach was very helpful. Really cares about people and their belongings. Treated me like family! 👍

Easy to rent at this facility and easy access

Clean facility, Friendly staff, easy access.

We have been utilizing the outdoor parking for over a year now. The manager is very customer service oriented and keeps the facility trash free. Very pleased with convenient location and low prices.

Had a couple of different personal issues going on and so far I haven't had any kind of issues and I do believe that there is access to a small bathroom during business hours. Great storage
