They up our monthly rates every 2 months. If we're even a day late we have to pay an extra$40. The gate won't let us in or out, not before someone comes in.

Simply Storage took over about a year ago. First and foremost the monthly fees! Fees keep increasing. It is apparent that this company is Money hungry!
They don’t care about their customers and the hardships they encounter. They don’t care about their employees either.
Administrative fees are crazy. Monthly Fees for a long standing customer is more than that of a new customer. How do you do that to your long standing customers?
As soon as Simply Storage took over there was a rate increase! Not just a few dollars but 25.00 more a month!
My husband has 2 units the same size as mine and we are pay three different prices monthly. Never did understand that!
The staff there cannot explain the difference, neither can corporate.
It was explained to me yesterday that if I moved my belongings to another one of their units, there is a one time 29.00 administrative fee and the rate is 8.00 lower than what I am paying now. But I already paid an administrative fee when I rented the unit to begin with!
The staff there are very nice but paid very little. Who wants to work like a dog and put up with customers complaints or fixing stuck doors. daily for 13.00 per hour. And that is base pay for a property manager. In comparison, McDonalds pay 15.00 an hour to a young kid just starting a job. What does that say about Simply Storage?
Simply Storage says over and over and over again they want you to set up auto payments. Absolutely ridiculous! That is for the companies benefit not the customer.
When talking with a customer while there, he said Simply Storage lost revenue of 8 units because of rate increases.

I rented a small unit at the i-35 south service Rd in moore back the first of 2024 and in Feb. 2024 I received a call saying my unit wasn't locked and I went up there to check my unit they had locked it but there were things missing and I filed police report and there are two cameras that point right at my unit but there is no video showing who went in my unit and there insurance company denied my claim and I'm still fighting this issue and now I'm talking to attorneys to see what I can do I feel that it was an inside job and I was told that several people had left their units unlocked and everyone had stuff missing but there's no video so that sign that says video surveillance 24/7 is bull.

I have rented a unit from this site since 2013. The folks how work the rate great! But the rent is getting too high so I’m faced with having to move out. A 71% increase plus insurance is just too much. Thanks.

Removed my items from storage and says they “disposed” of them yet after 4 calls to both the location and corporate and neither will reach back out to me.
Update: Reached out 5 days in a row, left voicemails and online chats and still corporate will not return my call. Filed a complaint with the better business bureau and they didn’t even try to refute the claims. Take a lesson from me and go elsewhere.

Reserved a unit online and wasn’t able to meet them right away but the manager was flexible and patient with my needs! Went in at our arranged time and I was still indecisive on what i truly needed, so she allowed me to see the difference between two units and make the correct decision. Very friendly and welcoming, along with fair pricing and discounts for the first month!

I have had me things here for a year and shortie has always helped me every time I’ve needed it she has always been right there to help me out I always felt my things have been safe here no problems ever! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Plus shortie is the best!
They called and said we needed to update our insurance or pay their insurance fee. Fine, no problem. Unfortunately, there is no fax number for the facility, and there is no email address posted online. Since they did not share the email address during the phone call, I did not have that information to give to my insurance company. Tried using the "Contact Us" online form - no response in a week. Tried calling, no answer. Tried calling the original booking number - they don't have that info. Tried calling another section - they tried calling the Moore branch - no answer. There is no customer service line for the company, and I was directed here to leave feedback. It shouldn't be this hard or take over a week to get this email address for my insurance company to send over paperwork.
Finally made contact (because they called me back). I was made to feel that this was my fault and that I could have driven the info over to them. They also said they sent a letter - which I didn't receive... I was then told to update my address. That probably works on most people, but I have lived at the same address for over six years.
If I didn't have such large pieces of furniture in there, I would move to a different storage facility.
This is a great facility. The manager, Stephanie, was very knowledgeable about her site and very helpful. With the site upgrading their camera system, I feel that my storage items are safe and secure. I would recommend this site to anyone that is looking for a secure storage facility.

Customer service is wonderful. Property very clean. They just painted so it took me a minute to find my unit. Because they haven't put new numbers on yet. But it was unlocked like she said. Priced lower than everyone else. Very happy all around.

Just received a rental rate increase notice for the second time in 7 months. First increase was $50.00 to $70.00. Now increasing to $88.00. Seems like price gouging to me.

The place has been amazing, we have needed to change to a bigger storage bldg twice. Everytime we did there was absolutely no hassle. The manager there is very polite, as well as knowledgeable and always professional. She keeps a very laid back and welcoming office environment. The grounds are always kept clean. I feel very comfortable knowing my things are safe there.

Stephanie was so helpful! Last night I went online and reserved a unit. I received a phone call within minutes to schedule an appointment to come in the next day. On top of that, she was calling me to schedule just 3 minutes before they closed! When I arrived for my appointment she wanted to show me the unit to make sure it fit my needs. You could tell she was happy to help. The rates are great too!
