Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 201 S Eastern Ave, Moore, OK

I've never had a storage unit manager be more professional than Jessica was with all of my business at the Public Storage @ the 201 S Eastern location in Moore!! Jessica was delightful and needs a raise for all of the effort she gives willingly to attract new customers!!

This location of Public Storage is the best in town. Jessica was super friendly and helpful! We needed to switch to a larger unit, and she made the process less complicated and very smooth for us. We really appreciate her help and love this location. Highly recommend!

Jessica was AMAZING on helping me with the situation. She gave me information that I NEVER was told I could my Home owners insurance on my storage units.. And saved me almost 50 bucks which helped so much. Why didn't JOHN explain this to me when I first got my unit a few yrs ago? Make sure your employees know you can do that and tell your customers. Especially when your in a bind so every little bit helps. Thank you girl for making my situation alittle better and laughing with me. Your GOOD people girl. Make sure your managers read this so you can get promoted and get a raise.

Upon arriving to Public Storage, 201 S Eastern Ave Moore, I was unsure what to expect. Other Storage places were rude and obviously knew nothing about Customer Service. I built up the courage to go inside and see what the vibe was. Greeted by a new property manager, Jessica, who was very Nice and Professional was a relief. Answering my questions without judging my situation. Even helped me select the right plan that best suited my needs. She doesn't know that her good attitude and professionalism have won over my business and any of my friends or family's business. I feel good about my decision to use Public Storage and I recommend them to everyone. Thank you PS for my peace of mind.

I got good service with kristi she was a big help to me

I currently rent a 10 by 20 unit from a location close to my home. I have had nothing but unprofessional contact from every property manager this place has. I was on the account from the beginning. But a previous property manager for the same location somehow deleted it. And the next property manager swore that i wasn't on the paperwork and argued with me. Took repeated calls and trips to the location to get it fixed. Our rates have been raised again for the 2nd time in over a year. Now im not even behind and I get a notice saying my unit is going to auction. How can it go to auction if i'm not behind on payments? I am so unhappy with the service this company provides. Public storage in Moore, Oklahoma needs to do better.

David was very up front about rental insurance and rates. Swiftly got me to my available unit, great service all around.

By far the worst storage facility I have ever done business with. We have been using them a little over a year and already 2 price increases. It has gone up $38/month and they will take advantage of it. Also if you get behind on payments they will cut your lock well before the auction process. They will then tell you that you need to replace the lock. They have done this twice now and nowhere in the agreement it says they can cut your lock before auction. They have a different facility manager just about every week. Save yourself and look at other companies in the area.

Excellent service and perfect for a first time renter. Travis, the on-site manager, is cordial, cooperative, and above all else ensures the security of your unit. Highly recommended for a first time renter, or any renter for that matter.

Public Storage is a joke of a company. They're buying up all of the other options and advertising low rates, but it's a bait and switch. They get you in on the low rate, and you don't sign a rental or lease agreement. This is so they can hike your rate whenever they feel like it. Look around online; they raise those low rates like clockwork after you get in and settled. They presume people won't want to move after a few months. Too bad for them there are several other options nearby.

DO NOT RENT from this location!!! When this location was OK storage it was GREAT! BUT NOW it’s the complete opposite. I used this facility for my small business that we have here in Moore Ok. I was a customer for 5+ years with having several units at one time! I left a voicemail, because they were closed for the day, to cancel one of my units and the funds were still taken out of my bank account. They did send an email saying they were going to refund my money, the same way it was withdrawn. I have now been waiting for over 2 months for a refund, supposedly a check by mail. The email states the funds will be transferred back into our account the same way it was taken out. The new manager says they don’t offer that. Unfortunately, since there has not been any return phone calls and emails I have submitted a claim to my bank. I have 100’s of customers come through my small family owned business here in Moore, Ok and I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION! This location DOES NOT return phone calls!!! They ALSO DO NOT call back with an update!!!

I have been a costumer for a year and a half and before public storage took over, The lady at the front office was amazing the hole year and a hlaf, on the outher hand the price increases from public storage is not something i will recommend.

Danna was Wonderfull. I could never have done the rental without her knowledge of what I needed.

I highly recommend Public Storage in Moore, OK. My father had a locker here for over 8 years and he loved it. Danna was like family to him. I would go with him to his storage locker and Danna was always so amazing and friendly. If you have a need for additional storage, I would encourage you to give them a shot. You will not be disappointed.

This storage facility is awesome. It is clean, well kept and we felt very safe leaving our stuff at this facility. Dana was extremely helpful and courteous in getting us situated, getting the movers in with large truck, we had to make several visits to get things out while our stuff was in storage, she also made getting our move out simple, our needs were high and Dana's assistance was invaluable.
