Amazing service! It was my first time getting a storage unit and I had forgotten to complete my paperwork online, but I’m glad I did because I wouldn’t have had the best interaction with Perry. He was so informative and walked me through the process. He even drew me a map of where my unit is located and showed me how to access my gate code through the mobile app. I’m glad I had chosen this place to store my belongings. Perry is fantastic!

Perry did an outstanding job setting me up in the right storage for my needs.

The exterior doors on the buildings are broken. The security lights don't work. The manager is disingenuous and deceptive.

The real measure of a company (or person) is how they react when things go wrong. We rented a large storage unit and had moved in a few items when the overhead door broke. It broke in an open position and could not be closed. This happened around 5PM. The timing could not have been worse as we had valuables already in the unit as well as two trucks full of stuff ready to unload with moving helpers scheduled for the next day.
As soon as Perry saw what had happened, he was on the phone trying to get someone to come out and fix the door. He offered several alternative solutions for us to protect our property in case the door was not going to be fixed quickly. In the end Perry was able to get people there that evening, he stayed late to ensure that the job got done, and he called me to let me know.
I really appreciated Perry's extra effort and attention.
