Austin was great!! He explained everything that i needed to know about climate controlled storage. He even showed the available units prior to renting to make sure it fit the needs. Overall I love the location and its always nice to have someone who cares about the business running it!!! If you need a good place to store stuff check this location out!!!
Just moved to town and called almost every storage place on google maps without a call back. When I call Public Storage Austin picked up before the second ring. Was very polite and knowledgeable about the services. He also setup a meeting time to go over with the room sizes and cost with or without promo's. He made picking this company very easy for me.
Tiger is a pleasure to work with. Always onsite & available. Unlike some other locations with no service ( people present to help) what so ever. Facility is well kept & run efficiently.
Been working with the property manager, Austin, and I have to say he is the most amazing I’ve had to deal with here. I have honestly hated this place and the staff up until he came along! He’s very easy to work with, very efficient as far as details, he is super easy to communicate with and he treats people with respect and courtesy. He is super empathetic and understanding and will bend over backwards to make sure his customers are happy. KUDOS to you Austin! GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!

I don’t use the storage here but If I ever need storage this will be the first place I visit! I blew a tire on the way home today and pulled in their parking lot because it was the closest to me. While I’m taking the spare out the back an employee by the name of Austin comes out to check on me to make sure all was ok. I’m glad he did because I was missing a couple key tools and without hesitation and almost insisting to help he grab the tools I was missing out of the back of his personal vehicle and proceeded to assist me with the change! I offered him dinner for the kind gesture and he just said he was happy to help and doing his good deed for the day. Just wanted to say thanks again Austin and keep being a stand up guy!

I rented a space at public storage while I was transitioning from college life to getting my first place. Although I moved out before the next month’s charge (10/01), I was still charged the full amount. After I questioned this charge, public storage admitted that it was a mistake, I moved out correctly, and that a refund check would be issued (10/3). I have yet to receive my refund check. I have followed up multiple times and there is never any follow up or communication. It is now December, and I have yet to hear anything. Communication and customer service is important, so if you want that, I would not rent a space at this storage unit.

I rented a space for $79 a month and they hiked it up to $152 a month. They diffently have ripped me off!! Unfortunately I have to move!!

This storage center was a much better bargain before Public Storage came in and hiked the prices into the stratosphere. Security is satisfactory and the units are nice enough but the cost is disproportionate for what you get.
**UPDATE**
Well, I have to circle back and update my initial review. Upon seeing my review the company reached out in every way (email, calls, etc…) to remedy my dissatisfaction. They definitely made things right and I have to change my review, to be fair.
Ray manages this location and he is the absolute BEST!! He’s conscientious, dependable, organized, and kind to boot! He’s runs this public storage location giving it 110% of his effort! I am so grateful for him!!
Just wanted to let you know that this is one of the cleanest properties I have seen. Ray it very helpful and really knows his stuff. Very helpful and always ready to help and answer any questions.

They tell you one thing and do another. Like charging for insurance. Plus there are a ton of spiders. I was there for 5 years. I moved to another storage place cuz of Ray. He is rude and disrespectful. I don't want to deal with him so I left. He is not a people person
