Edit: no longer cool, entire storage unit was destroyed by a mice infestation. Insurance claim process is an absolute joke and there was no assistance at all from staff.

This is the best storage experience I've ever had! If you're considering storing some of your off-season things, or, are in transition, have a business; Whatever! This is the place in OKC to go to. If you like secure and professional, this location is for you. Nothing gets by the staff, here! So, there is nothing to worry about. They are always doing upgrades to the property and it shows. You'll never have an old roll down door that doesn't work here! Trust me, this is a great facility!!!

My family experienced both a burglary at this location and then also a leak in the wall we did not know about. A neighboring unit had mice and we found evidence of this in our unit. The property ask a lot of questions and ask for photographs of these issues and actual reports they could have gotten themselves from law enforcement. We were told thank you by one person who was very meticulous and scanned in documents and other identifying information. The manager said she couldn't find it or did not know anything about it or maybe even what to do and after many years of business we left this place because of what appeared to be confusion over how to help us have a secure and clean unit. This property applied their insurance to the bill, though we had other insurance, and we never even knew there was any policy attached, until we were leaving and this made the price much too high all along to justify what we got in terms of space and we were told not other units were available here, only climate controlled units and there was no apology for this crush of problems we had after really having no problems. I do not know if other people knew about the broad burglary here, as it apparently was never reported to the corporation. I waited FOUR HOURS to get this report in person with a case number and detective and then it was said to have disappeared on the property, though I saw the organized staffer log it in by scanning and with typed entries in my presence. The insurance over this property as any business never contacted my insurance and their insurance never paid anything to us. Many of these property policies sold with the rent do not cover issues we faced and then when they do, they are said to not have to pay on certain types of items. These units here or elsewhere claim they do not have to advise other renters of burglaries or of health and safety or fire issues. I never understand this, because most people care about the stuff stored, but it is not clear who should help and the overhang corporation often refuses to be involved because these are franchises sold to one or a group of owners who may not be named and their insurance is not published as business owners, managers or certified operators. SIGH. This is tiresome and then we are left with the damage and must file with our insurance or file in small claims court.
Easy to use and great space for the price.
Stephanie was fantastic and was extremely helpful setting everything up over the phone. When we got there she had everything ready and showed us around to get in the gate and the unit. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a storage space in OKC! Thanks Stephanie!
Stephanie was welcoming and a professional. The grounds are clean and well marked.
Do not recommend. We had two units that were broken into and had significant damage. We were told at move in that there were security cameras but after the break in we were told there were no cameras in the building we were in. We were also told that management knew about a spot in the fence where people could get in.
After moving all of our stuff out, we had extreme damage to several things due to mice. It was disgusting. Be cautious renting from here.
Quick and easy.
This is a good location to house your extra stuff. They are there on the property and are good about answering questions. They are rarely with an open spot in the regular storage, I am told and on average, open units are about the size of a small kitchen at the largest. They have controlled temperature units, but I don't know about the cost difference. Those are often open. This works for a lot of people.

I am currently awaiting the district manager calling me back after battling with the manager all last month about a payment taken from my bank account! Now I was contacted by a rep from an entirely different store saying he needed my payment updated because the card on file was no longer working, why yes after my payment went missing I did contact my bank. Even after sending documentation from my bank I am still waiting for someone to tell me what is going on with my account as I log in to pay today and have over $400 charges for one month storage fees??!! I don’t play about business or money and this company is showing me they do not have the standards I expected. Please find another facility if you do not want to have such problems! This is past ridiculous and I am contemplating contacting a litigations lawyer to speak on my behalf…..

Stay away from this place. Raised the price of my storage unit by 50% without even contacting me beforehand. After calling for days to cancel my unit I didn’t hear back from them till the next week where they informed me they would cancel my unit, and then went ahead and continued to charge me for the unit. Although their operating hours are 9:30-6 you’d be lucky if they answered your phone call during those hours and there’s Never anyone in store to talk to during those hours either. Storage units service is usually fairly simple and they cannot even achieve that properly.

Easy to deal with. After an issue with a credit card the system in place gave ample reminders that payment needed to be made with newly issued card. The climate controlled units inside preserved the furniture in excellent shape.
