5 🌟 for syd! she offered wonderful customer service today! 1 🌟 down to public storage, who raised my rent significantly after just 6 months! so disappointing because i moved from cubesmart climate control (which also provide lighting inside their units) for the public storage rental rate! i do appreciate corporate's offer to reduce my payment back to the original rental price for at least 3 months. thank you!

Syd, is a great value to public storage, she was able to help me today with a couple of things that's makes want to continue using public storage.

Easy to rent, easy to access, and Syd was friendly and had everything ready to go before I got there.

The several times I have to the location it has been clean and well maintained. The interior always are also kept very clean and my unit was spotless when I moved in. The app makes driving in and out a breeze and I don't have to remember a pin or code. Syd in the office is very helpful and was able to answer any questions or concerns I had. I highly recommend this place.

I was impressed with Kendra and how responsive she was. I made an online request last Sunday afternoon to to reserve a storage unit. I wasn't expecting to get any response until Monday so I was pleasantly surprised when Kendra called me less than an hour after I made my request. She answered all my questions & set up an appointment. Kendra was equally helpful when I arrived for my appointment. She answered all my questions & helped me select the best size unit for my needs. Kendra was both very professional and friendly! A great asset!

This is the best storage facility in town! The facility manager, Kendra, is extremely helpful and absolutely exceeded my expectations. Not only does she maintain a very clean and well kept location, but she really knows how to make a customer feel like she's there to serve THEM! Other locations have a move-in special, which I wasn't aware of, and Kendra was more than willing to find me a location so that I could get that deal. I was able to tour the facility and ask questions, without feeling like I was bothering her. That made me happy because I'm typically one that comes with many questions wherever I go. Kendra took her time with me, made me feel welcome, and she reassured me of the security of my belongings. The grounds are very well kept and everything was very well maintained, as I have not experienced with the other companies that I've checked out recently. Also, something really cool that I was impressed with is that you can use your app to open the gate (during gate hours)! I love this feature of the app because I don't think I could remember my gate code for the life of me! Kendra was able to help me get it all setup on my phone for easy accessibility! Not sure if that is in their job description, but that was just another "above and beyond" experience that I had! I highly recommend visiting Kendra if you have storage needs, because she will ensure you're well taken care of. She is extremely knowledgeable!

The staff member (Kendra) I interacted with was professional and friendly. The process of finding and securing my unit was efficient and easy. Access to the facility is well controlled and alley ways between units leaves enough space for loading and unloading. Great overall experience.

Great experience. My rep was very helpful with a unit change and made sure that my new unit was close to the unit I was moving out of, which made the process quicker and easier. Definitely recommend!

DO NOT LOSE YOUR KEY. we lost our key, and were told the property manager would cut the lock free of charge but she is only on the property the first week of the month, or we could hire a locksmith (cutting the lock ourselves is not permitted). So we waited 2 and a half weeks and arrived the first day after the property manager was supposed to be there– 30 minutes after the office opened. apparently we had just missed her. so now its going to be another month until she'll be back?! The attendant is super sweet– not her fault for poor training and a non-responsive manager.
