The person that handled my rental of storage was a gem. This young lady, knowing that I was a senior citizen, took every opportunity to accommodate my every wish, took the necessary time to walk me through everything I needed to understand. She was friendly and always smiling. She is an asset to your company and is a value as the face of your company.

I was having issues with being double charged and after months of calling and trying to get it figured out and get my refund for the double charges David was great and finally got it all sorted out and handled for me I’m just waiting on my refund which should be here any day

Customer service was ok in person but when I called I was told they had what I was looking for but upon arrival they in fact didn’t.

I recently visited a public storage location, hoping for a smooth process in reserving a unit, but was met with an experience that was anything but. The staff member present, a lady whose approach to customer service was perplexingly hostile, left much to be desired. From the get-go, her demeanor was off-putting, with an air of weirdness that made the entire interaction uncomfortable. Rather than assisting or guiding me through the process, she seemed more interested in asserting her authority, frequently citing “company policy” without any clarification on what these policies were. Her vague references were unhelpful and only served to create more confusion. The situation escalated when she made me leave the office while I was in the middle of reserving a storage unit online. It was as if my presence there was an inconvenience to her, rather than a potential business transaction for the company. Furthermore, her unsolicited comments on how I should be using my personal cellphone were not only inappropriate but also completely out of line. It seemed to me that her focus was anywhere but on providing customer service or support. Overall, the experience was deeply disappointing. In a service-oriented industry, one would expect at least a basic level of politeness and assistance. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. It’s a shame because the facility itself might be fine, but the service left a lot to be desired. I hope that this feedback can be a catalyst for change, as no customer should have to endure such an unwelcoming atmosphere.

READ ME! 99% of these reviews are fake. This place is mice ridden, ceilings falling in, rain pours into your units, and if theres an issue, they essentally tell you, I hope you have insurance. When you try to escalate to their "district manager" nobody ever calls. Hey PS, I'm going to keep review bombing this DUMP until you fix the issues and lower cost. Just for any FYI, my until has gone up 150% in less than 2 years. And its disgusting. I'm just waiting to move in May, then I'll be contacting BBB. You and the meth heads you have working there should be ashamed, scumbag company!

The manager of this property + The district manager is the most horrible, poorly educated person I have ever had to see all my life . Treat a dog and treat a human I will keep the DOG 100 % . Don't let these fake reviews fool you. This place is an absolute dump! My unit has mice, a huge hole in the roof where the ceiling collapsed from all the rain coming in. You know what the lady said up front? You have insurance right!? Then they promised to fix it and 4 months later nothing but a raise in rates. Screw this place. I'm telling you, if you value your stuff, you wont rent with these scumbags

Rates go up every month to the point it’s not affordable. Water has been getting into my unit & ruined some items. Debris/drywall has fallen from the sealing all over everything. For almost $300 a month that’s completely unacceptable
