We just rented a unit and Beth was a great and friendly help through the entire process. She happily showed us units, talked through the pro's and con's of each and walked us through the registration process. We had seen all the previous positive comments about Beth and they were spot on.

I can't believe their dumpster is locked up so you can't even use it when you are trying to move out. This is so ridiculous another reason for them to make more money off of you. They ought to be ashamed!

Beth was extremely kind and helpful when I rented my unit. She went over everything I needed to know and offered me dampcheck to help control the moisture. The whole process was quick and easy. The property was clean and well maintained.
I have used a variety of storage facilities and this company ranks up there as one of the best I've had. You can open the gate with your phone, basically everything is on an app which makes it convenient. And the price is pretty good compared to others in the area.

I have been using this location for over 2 years. The beginning rates are great. They increase your rate without any notice. I had a huge price jump. I've been working with them for two months to get this resolved. My current rate is $400.00 a month. The starting rate for new customers is $157.00 for this unit. I've called and left several messages. I've been told they are going to resolve it. At this point I don't see that happening. Just a heads up. Your rate will adjust without your knowledge. It's a big increase.

Since my last review, our Public Storage staff have been working with my wife and I to find a solution regarding late night access and accessibility to our units. We've been granted temporary 24 hour access which if possible I pray becomes permanent. (We have a lot of moving around to do!) It takes a special kind of business and/or people to actually care enough to take the time, step in, and make life a little easier for another. Thank you Tylersville Public Storage. Much respect and appreciation.
