Stopped in to see about options for my storage needs and was well taken care of. I had lots of questions about security, access, and options. Stephanie answered all my questions and showed me a couple units. Getting everything set up was pretty quick and easy. Stephanie went over everything with me very thoroughly. Only thing I would suggest is a blueprint of storage sizes hanging somewhere in the office. Overall I'm happy with my service.

I had to get a storage to go to Texas because I was moving and I came back to rat poop, rat evidence, and footprints all over my stuff. Something had chewed a hole through the wall and gotten into all my stuff. I left one small item in the storage like right outside the storage they wanted to charge me $200, Plus a cleaning fee. Not to mention that my rent went up $10 every single month that it was in storage.

Stephanie made the rental process here easy! I’d never rented a storage unit before, and I was grateful to be working with an expert. She answered all my questions and helped me reserve a space before they were all taken! She communicated efficiently and made sure we were taken care of during our “move-in.” She is a professional!
Worst storage place ever!!! The lady/drug addict in the front office lets her disrespectful boyfriend hang around and harass customers. I’ve never felt so disrespected and belittled by a man ever in my life!!! If I didn’t have my child with me and feel so threatened for asking for help and my phone wasn’t dead I would’ve called the police. On top of that I mentioned I had mouse/rat droppings in my unit and the lady did not care at all. On top of that they raised the rent multiple times and the place looks like it’s falling apart!!! They don’t even deserve one star. I am reporting them to the better business bureau and I will be calling corporate. The lady in the office needs fired. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! They will never see a dime of my money ever again!!!
This location is one of the horrible place to put your stuff. The “new” property manager has no communication skills & locked the doors 30 mins prior to closing time. Just for she take her 30 mins smoke break, I tried calling the customer service line but it didn’t ring. Did the customer service online, that was a joke they directed me to the same number that doesn’t even work. I am sure I’m going to get a stupid comment from public storage saying “thank you for the feedback we will forward this to our team”. Great job for picking right people for the wrong job. The property manager kept calling my phone just to pick up my key on file, knowing the my file says currently service in the military. Meaning I can’t just pick up the phone for anyone. This place deserves a 0 in my opinion
This place is an absolute nightmare. I moved my stuff in March 2022. They raised rent multiple times so i moved to a smaller indoor unit. The whole hallway had a horrible odor similar to cat pee and mildew but figured my stuff would be okay since it was mostly wood tables and tubs. The unit flooded from the roof about 2 months ago and my tables were ruined. I had to immediately move everything because it was sitting in 2 inches of water. the other units they had available were disgusting. one had dead roaches and another was also wet from flooding. they gave me a bigger outdoor one to make up for it. This unit also had a horrible odor but i did not have much of a choice having to move everything by myself last minute. Not even a month later and they painted the outside of the units and my stuff is covered in paint and debris. It looks as if someone sanded dry wall over everything. More of my things are now ruined AND they raised my rent and insurance payments. Stay away from this place.

When we first rented at the Dixie Highway location, we were helped by the DM. I believe his name was Brian. He was very nice and also very helpful.
We also rent a space at the Tylersville Rd. location for our travel trailer. The manager there is also extremely nice and helpful.
All of the public storage staff that we have had experiences with have been nothing but positive.
I had a problem with my online reservation that was totally my error. When I showed up (from out of state) I didn’t actually have a reservation. The property manager, Jessica was so accommodating, and helped me get another unit right away. Great place to rent.
