Tellessia stayed late to help me find the perfect sized unit
You must rent and pay online as they're never there. Small driveways between buildings, to small to pull a trailer or big box truck through

Tellessia was very helpful and very nice. She was very knowledgeable of the storage unit renting process and helped me choose a unit suitable for my needs.
The ceiling in my unit is completely falling down and ruining my things with the remnants & smell. I can’t find the year build online so I have no idea if I’m being exposed to asbestos. It smells HORRENDOUS I can’t enter my unit without being dizzy. I have called twice and left a message with no return call. Absolutely ridiculous & unsafe. Take your business elsewhere!

Arielle was great! She helped us out even from a different location
I was helped by Maddie after just getting out the hospital. I was in a daze and didn't know where I was or what unit I was getting. This young lady went above and beyond s3rvice to assist me and i'm in tears to share that I appreciate that. I'm a 42 year old black female army veteran from Georgia who was lost and struggling in a time in need. This young lady needs to recognized for the service she assisted me with and she made me realize that I was proud to be an American. Had to leave $30,000 worth of festival equipment unsecured because there is no overnight access. They'll tell you there's overnight access! There's even an 800 number to call specifically for overnight access, but you'll be routed to "Daniel" who is clearly answering calls on his cell phone in bed who will tell you there is no overnight access. When asked "why is there a number for overnight access if there is no overnight access," Daniel informed me he's "just there for information." I don't know what information you could possibly need from them at 11:30pm on a holiday weekend that necessitates speaking to a human being other than getting into your unit overnight, but alas.

DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE LOCATION, a EMPLOYEE went in to my unit and stole EVERYTHING!!!
Soo I just moved and I needed help . The young lady at the counter was a joy to work with. She was kind and explained everything. I asked a lot of the same questions and she was patient with me . I think her name was Arielle . She helped me download an app to make the process smoother for me and get easy access ❤️ thanks baby girl !
Highly recommend!!!!! Over the past few months since Arielle has started things have drastically improved! She is such a helpful lady!!!!!! If I could give her 20 stars I would. Def go here for your storage needs!
Great customer service
Somebody move out and left big bag of trash right in front of my trailer I notified them, month after and they don’t pick it up, not good not good they don’t take responsibility. And now is more trash around pcs of metal wire,
Nobody is here or answering the phone 1-25-24
The space to drive between the storages are very narrow
We were storing a work van at this facility which is gated (gate has broken several times in the past month or two) while storing a vehicle our employee would pick up and leave his vehicle in place daily. His vehicle was broken into and they attempted to steal it causing a significant amount of damage. Would not recommend this facility or location if you are storing anything of value.
Thellessia was very responsive and helpful.
Chose a unit on line but was not what I thought I was ordering. Discussed with Charles and he found a new unit took care of all the paperwork and I left a happy camper. Charles was great and good customer serving is hard to come by. Thank you so much Charles.

wish I would have looked at the unit before renting. The ceiling insulation was coming down in the unit and was filthy when I went to fill it in. A month later when I emptied it out, all my possessions were covered in insulation. Definitely was not happy.
A minute off the highway. Convenient to everywhere. We have jobs all over the cincy area and this is a great place for us to store material.

Great experience. Charles was very pleasant and helpful. Initial set up was easy, rates are decent and access is simple. Some of the drive isles are tight if you have a larger vehicle. There is a limited time period for access but I think it's not going to be a problem. There are a few "junk" vehicles there. But if they pay the rent I guess it's acceptable.

I’ve known Mr. Charles for years at this point he has helped a number of my family members. He is a very special being! In the dead of winter I was unable to open by storage hatch and he came out with tools and worked until he got it open. He didn’t have to but he did and he was laughing and joking throughout the process despite the conditions. He truly feels like family. I personally go in to make a payment just to say hi and converse with him. Thank you for all you do Mr. Charles!
