I called the Public Storage 1-800 number after having much success with the Customer service representative I spoke to I was then immediately called by Abu and not only did he go above and beyond with all the questions I needed answered in such a professional fashion even the questions that people try to beat around the bush with and not answer he gave me answers and told me what to do in that event this man shows outstanding customer service. I will be completing my reservation on Saturday and Abu wanted to make sure that someone was going to be there at the time I planned on coming to the location which is great because in the past I have gone and there has been nobody there at the time so making an appointment is definitely a great way of avoiding that problem.
I love the professionalism that he shows and the pride that he shows in his job and in making his customers happy. And just what a sweet good hearted wonderful person to speak with, I look forward to doing business with Public Storage just based on this interaction with Abu, if you ever need anything he is the person to call!

I needed a small unit since I’m moving from house to apartment. Called and reserved on the phone and spoke with Crystal and she was so accommodating. Went there today to check in and I got to meet Crystal and also Alex who signed me in and took me to my unit. I went with my husband to inquire about possibly renting we met with Krystal. She gave us excellent customer service, very knowledgeable, she even suggested according to our budget which worked great for us. The facility is definitely a 5 star it's very well kept. I highly recommend this company.
Alex was extremely helpful and kind. I was in an unfortunate position and ended up needing a unit, I came in already anxious and Alex made sure to explain everything to me and tour the facility with me. I felt welcome and safe in the facility and I know my belongings are in good hands.

Simple is a great name! We got our storage unit quickly. One of the staff members Crystal made the process painless. Helped us pick the best unit and location for our needs. Alex the store manager is very pleasant, and takes care of the place. They have a great crew! The units are clean and new. Bathrooms on every floor. I am glad we moved to this storage place for our business needs.

Alex was excellent, very professional and kind. Made process of renting unit extremely easy. Building is clean inside and out with great access. Safety measures in place are second to none and makes me feel at ease storing my belongings
