There is no way I could leave my storage unit without making it known how AMAZING Analia is. As thrilled as I was to finally not have storage hanging o er my head, I literally almost cried when I left the lot because Analia is such a positive, wonderful, helpful human being. As a business owner, Analia is someone I would trust with absolutely anything. Public Storage- you are beyond lucky to have her!!! I am never one to post a review, I have been renting a storage unit since Covid happened due to an unfortunate fire, things have gotten extremely expensive as we all know.
I have not needed to deal with any staff till recently. I cannot express my gratitude for all the customer service “Analia” at Northport has provided me. She has gone above and beyond her job any time I have had a question or concern, which is a rare thing these days.
As of several months back Analia did all she could in trying to help me find a suitable unit when downsizing. Every single time I have called or gone in person over the past few months, Analia has been absolutely superior, caring, professional and so very kind in her job, her customer service goes way beyond. I am very grateful for the wonderful staff here. If there were ten stars, I would give them!!! I highly recommend Public Storage in Northport. I recommend Analia as one of the best customer service staff I have ever had to work with in years. She truly has been a blessing during some tough times in doing all she can to help within her position.

Another Update to my previous post. This Public Storage facility is simply the best. Analia keeps the place looking great, clean and safe. I highly recommend renting a storage unit here. Just an update to my earlier review. The staff at this facility is better than ever. Since Analia came on board to manage it, the improvements are amazing and the customer service is simply the best. On the staff is Christian who is super helpful and polite. Old review: The entire crew is wonderful, smiling and helpful. Nick is especially attentive and goes the extra mile, always. The property is always clean, neat and safe. They really care and it shows. Keep up the great work!
