Filthy bathrooms. The bathrooms on the 2nd & 3rd floor are always locked and the 1st flr bathroom is filthy every time (flecks of feces on the toilet, obviously not cleaned in a very long time) with consistently no paper and restocked products. Totally unacceptable to be paying rent and not even have basic facilities that are clean & available for our use.

Totally unreliable. Online they say they open 9 to 6 every day, went on Wednesday at 8pm it was closed. on the door hours posted at 9 to 6pm.
next day went at 5pm still closed, when i called they said Thursdays closes at 1.30pm and all other days until 6pm. Next day Friday went at 2pm still closed. I have work and can’t take off from work every day to roam around town

On Wednesday August 9 I went to rent a storage unit from the Public Storage on Derita Rd. When I walked in I thought I was being punked; until I seen these little fingers move behind and above the desk! Susan was giggling at me; but she was the biggest help! I am new to the area and she made a stressful situation so smooth! She was also very funny, pleasant, sweet, and knowledgeable! Please give her a raise!
Where do I begin? Horrible experience with management. My payment was 2 days late and they removed access to my unit. Then I come back and someone is closing the building down before hours! She goes to open the door with a nasty attitude and lets me in just to tell me she cannot replace a lock on my unit. I had to ask her to calm down because she was very disrespectful to me in front of my kids. I don’t know her name I just know she is the only heavyset woman working there. Then management calls me let the phone ring twice then hangs up. I call back immediately and someone answers then hangs the phone up on me. I called back multiple times and no answer or call back. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT TO A LOYAL CUSTOMER!

Don't even think about renting here. They double the rent per month, I picked up my things on the 1st of the month and they made me pay THE FULL MONTH!!! No way! awful.
Having moved from one Public Storage facility to another, this one has strange way to show they are customer focused. The access hours closing at 9pm makes use not customer service friendly. The face I spoke with a customer service representative saying if I had my lock from the older facility I could use it and get a refund for this 20 dollar cylinder lock provided by the property turned out to be a flat out lie. I have been told I have to use the cylinder lock provided, which basically means every time public storage is used they can rules create contingency to make you buy their locks over and over again.
There should be signage the property locks you out at 9PM, it should also have an alert on your app. I did not see one sign and with doing a echeckin, the lock put hours were not well indicated. This caused a lot of undue stress and worry as there was no way to get access to secure my units.

Ashley was the most amazing pleasant worker! My husband and I were going in to add a unit to the one we have . Ashley in the office was wow fantastic. She was using both computers to help multiple people . Never stopped smiling or skip beat . I own a business and if I could take her I would . She was also running to units on multiple floors in between. Never seen a hustle like I did today at a public storage. I will be back for Ashley and her customers service!
