I recently had to move and needed a place to store some extra things seeing as how it might be a while before I get settled into my new place. Kayla was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, she made my transition faster, easier and less stressful and I am grateful for it. My move was last minute and chaotic but I'm glad public storage was there for me.

Really Quick, I just want to commend Crystal on going out her way to make sure I was good. My actual storage location was under renovations with no office assistant on duty. I randomly stroll into Crystals location expecting to change my large unit to a smaller one but my location was out of her network with limited computer access to my account. After a little bit of troubleshooting, calling around to other locations in other networks and figuring out how to toggle into the other network, she was able to accept my payment and fix the issue promptly. Employees like her really make a difference in the consumer experience when problems arise, thank you.
Charann aka JOE was the bomb diggity‼️ Initially, my experience was HORRIBLE. I completed a reservation at 1pm and noticed I hadn't received the access code to the location About 5pm and I was suppose to move in the same day. I spoke with 3 people and was told they couldn't find my reservation in the system. I went down to the location very agitated and upset, but JOE saved the day AND she stayed past closing time to assist me!! She is the BEST, please keep her around...her customer service and empathy was impeccable. SHE IS PHENOMENAL 😎💞
Great customer service. Specifically Ms. Kala, who always finds a way to make sure I leave the property feeling completely satisfied and taken care of when I have any issues or concerns regarding billing or otherwise. Speaking to her always gives me a sense of having "read the fine print" in my contract; because she always keeps me informed and aware of intricate details that benefit me concerning my contract.

This location is absolutely horrible. The property manager is never on site to take payments. She uses the excuse that her DM is aware of her absences. I wonder if corporate knows she is costing them money. Havbeen

I was so happy that Daisy took the time and focus to notice that someone was going to 'mistakingly' leave with my property that she was able to let them know that it was customer property, retrieve it on-site and store it until we saw each other again. 5 stars Daisy. And public Storage location is on point. Except the elevator scared me. But that's fine!

This is for all auctioners public storage is a waste of time. I wasted my time and money so disappointed not only with the customer service but with the workforce. Careless at every location the same service is received

The location is good, and the staff is always nice and friendly...BUT they will ALWAYS raise the rates....
NOT a safe place to store vehicles. My box truck was broke into along with 2 others near mine. The police said when they got there that they have spoken with the property managers about putting cameras in the rear and needing to do a better job secure the rear gate a year or so before when they were out with another break in. Obviously nothing was fixed.
The regional manager was there that morning it happened and told me that he’d be willing to help out with a few months rent (~$150/month). Then I received a $100 credit (after reminding them) and then several weeks after the break in I received a letter saying my rent was going up to $195/month.
Also, there was damage done to the side of my truck while trying to park in my spot because of over hanging tree limbs. Brought it up to management several times and they said they would get them trimmed but again nothing was done.
