The location floods. They have no flood insurance.
The insurance covers insane incidents like “missile strike, plane crash, volcanic eruption”
Did I mention it floods and they have NO FLOOD INSURANCE.

My storage was in there for 1 year, just as clean as I stored it
I personally don't have things stored there, so giving a high or low-grade of the business would be wrong i think. I will say this, it is packed with customers' belongings . You'll have to visit yourself for any more info.

Been there for 10+ years, myself and all of the tenants at the olive branch MS location received an eviction notice - we have 30 days to vacate. No one from corporate will respond to our inquiries... not very nice thing to do with no information.

Not only does she take her time to answer questions, she also offers options and as usual is makes the entire experience seamless and positive. The standards at her store stand significantly above the rest. What a great experience, i went to rent a unit and the lady (April) was extremely polite and professional, she take care of is in less than 10 min , i was surprised since i had to wait for a long time in other branches.

I have been a customer for 5 years. April professionalism has always been above and beyond. She most definitely a credit to herself and Public Storage.
Called and made a reservation to store a camper because our truck broke down going between OK and SC. Explained the situation and that we didn't have our camper registration with us... no problem. Arrived at the place. They would not let us in because we didn't have our registration. Waste of time!

Friendly fast and professional
Tiffany is super helpful and a great person to talk to! The only downside is the gps directions takes you to the wrong place at first, so it can be a little hard to find. Outside of that, no problems!
Edit:
First frustration. We got the unit in November 2022. I was told I wouldn't get charged until January 2023, I was charged in December. Apparently, I was "told the wrong thing". Ok, fine.
Second frustration. Our unit had a mold problem and completely ruined 90% of our stuff. We know mold happens, but the manager saying it looked like pollen rubbed me the wrong way. It would have been nice to receive an empathetic/concerned response versus that one. I wouldn't be surprised if mold problems happened often based on her response. We had unit C0305, so if you get that one a good bleach wouldn't hurt before moving your stuff in. We won't be using a storage again after this experience, let alone this one.
