IT WAS BAD ALL MY STUFF GOT WET ORANGE DOOR INSURANCE HAS NOT CALL ME BACK NOW THEY SAY I OWE 1500.00 AND I DONT DONT RENT FRO. THEM THEY DID ME WRONG.

Darlene was phenomenal! Not sure what happened to my unit because she and her team found my items in another unit and should not have been. I have been a renter for 9 years since I live in a different state and had all my items in one area before I left. She and her team went out of their way to support me during trying times, moved all the items found in the correct unit and even sent me pictures once completed. Darlene's communication is impressive and very professional. I applaud her for going above and beyond to support customer needs. She is a jewel. Awesome manager!!

I recently rented a new unit here and Darlene was very helpful. Darlene’s customer service was great. I would recommend this location.
This place is calm and quiet. The only issue I have is that I store my commercial vehicle there and they don’t allow 24hr access for me to move in and out without me having to move it in an unsecured area. I’m a trucker and my hours varies for me to pick up my loads. The price is good but when you are a trucker it’s not feasible for you. Other place will give u tht access tht will be different from all the others customers.. I will need access to my truck whenever not 6am-9pm.
Clean storage
Unhappy with the constant rate raising, been there for almost 3 years. Started at $85 in 2021, now in 2024 the company is raising it to $215 for a 10 x 10 storage. There hasn’t been any change in services to make up the differences in rate increases. I’m changing my services to another company where I’m valued✌🏽✌🏽

So I walked into Public Storage because I was frustrated because my unit was too small. Thank God for workers like Justine. She helped me get a bigger unit and refunded my money on the smaller one. She was such a beacon of light on what started as a cloudy day. She was not only nice, but very warm and friendly. I'm glad to do business with Public Storage and I will spread the word about the professional that I experienced today.
Raises rates without any notice or reason. Never answers phone. Random miscellaneous charges. Find a different place to store
Yes I went to my unit on Saturday and it is so Tracy is so dirty and so filthy with a lot of furniture that people don't want to. Lift it all out in the hallway look like people in piston. The hallway it just has a really smoke a smell in there on the 3rd floor of the 2nd floor and sometimes on the 1st floor. I'm just calling let you know what's going on. It's just how i'm feeling and that's and I have never been ethiopian like that before

Last week i came here with my mother to help her move somethings. Ive always noticed this property as trashy. This week the property manager Ashley cleaned both customers bathrooms and the entire hallway. I appreciate the cleanliness. She actually keeps the property looking and smelling clean

The most unprofessional and unpleasant experience I've ever had. Do not rent here. I reserved a unit to be rented on May 2nd for $125. I go on the 2nd to pay for it and it's not available because they rented it already even though I had reserved it. Then they have another available for $50 more and I tell them don't worry about it. Then they call me and say they can rent it to me at the reserved price of $125. So I proceed to rent it and pay the admin fees. I'm waiting for the rate to be changed by the district manager for 2 weeks and all of a sudden they vacate my unit and rent it to someone else. No phone call no explanation. I have a whole room full of boxes needed to move in today and now I have no unit. If you value your things do not rent here.
People don't show up on time in the office
Came in at 5:30pm and Justine still got me together with a storage. Great customer service and very humorous. Very nice and friendly. Thank u Justine :)

I have had the most horrible service. They cut my lock off then asked me to purchase another lock and then they put one of their locks on and then not letting me access my belongs to get something out until I vacate the following day. I feel that is totally unacceptable they wanting me to purchase a lock for 1 day
The customer service at this location us top notch. Aaron was super helpful and went above and beyond with her customer service. I was traveling from out of state and needed to store items until my divorce was final. She helped me immensely. If you need an awesome temperature control facility which is clean and well organized. Give them a call.
When I stored at this location it was very clean and never had any issues.
