I feel that the property itself need some work. The lot has a lot of junk cars, and the lockers/storage units are not that great, but Ms. Shenita was very helpful on my transition out of the facility. I had question and she game me answers. She went above and beyond her position to help me and I will be forever grateful. Ms. Shenita, thank you so very much for everything you did helping me move out.

Although I didn't rent Shenita was extremely helpful and pointed me in the right direction. Needed 24hr access and she was able to tell me who may offer it.. They really need to have that access for us truck drivers

Shenita When I say customer service is a ten out ten. She goes beyond the call of the duty. I appreciate that she is very pleasant, patient, knowledgeable. In a time when kindness is overlooked in the workplace she is a gem. She deserves this review a raise and a random act of kindness.

The woman that runs the office is so unbelievably nice she does a great job and it's always such a pleasure to talk to her this storage place is very clean and very well taken care of and I totally enjoy my unit here.

Poor service

I've been renting there for a few months now, but the way she went above and beyond helping me move stuff around was amazing. Always brings me water and checks on me when I'm there. Ms. Scott is quite helpful

Still there is tons of trash sitting all over. They were super helpful and was able to find us a parking space for our business vehicle when all the other storage facilities refused to rent to us because were a business. She went above and beyond. Very happy with the service.

The office clerk was very friendly and helpful. I was able to get registered and moved in without any problems.

Corporate greed at its finest! I have a storage unit as well as a parking space (uncovered space along the fence line) at this location for a bit over two years now. Storage unit has been broken into twice. I have received numerous emails whenever there is a price increase with at least a thirty day warning. This past June I received a couple emails in reference to my stored vehicle being out of compliance due to a flat tire and expired tag. I proceeded to fix these issues and thought everything was resolved. I then took pictures of several of the vehicles parked around mine and the condition which they were at the time. I work out of state which is the primary reason for said storage. This month I go online to pay my bill only to find out that it has more than tripled for my parking space. I arrive home going thru my mail and see the attached letter. I’m a bit curious as to why I didn’t receive an email to this effect this time? Also curious as to the timing of this letter (7/26/23) exactly one month after being informed my vehicle was out of compliance.

***Shenita*** -- Thank you for the polite, professional, and excellent service!! I needed a spot fast after a last minute change of plans -- I setup an appointment because I didn't have much time and didn't want to wait on someone...... but then I ended up being over an hour late to the appointment at the time I requested. Despite this, Shenita was still very welcoming upon arrival and was able to accommodate me by showing me the unit I would be renting and to make sure the location worked for me. I was able to be in and out fast to get back to my day and was able to lock in a rate I am happy with. Thanks again, I'll be recommending this location to others.

All of my interactions with the property manager has been pleasant and helpful.

This place is absolutely horrible. On 3/5/23 95% of my belongings were stolen. SHENITA called me stating my unit had been broken into. When I arrived to the facility my lock was completely gone (which means it had to be cut off) 95% of my belongings were gone. I ask Shenita how could this happen, and could she run the cameras back to see who and when my belongings were stolen. Shenita said the facility did not have cameras facing the units, only coming in and out of the facility. So I asked her to check the door code to see when the last time my access code was used and coincidentally the system was down. I AM FOR SURE THIS WAS AN INSIDE JOB. Whoever took my belongings had a lot of time to move my things. This is unethical and not right. I worked very hard to buy those things, and to have everything taken from me IS NOT OK. Playing with people livelihood IS NOT OK.

Nice spot to be at. Had my car in for a year no problems. But some folks take advantage of a good thing like parking junk at this spot don't get mad when it gets towed because you haven't paid. On the other hand if I need the space, I will use them again..i recommend .

I HAVE NEVER WROTE A REVIEW !! DO NOT PUT YOUR THINGS IN THIS PUBLIC STORAGE !!! SHANITA THE MANAGER AND SCOTT WORKED TOGETHER TO STEAL MY BELONGINGS FOR MY BUSINESS!! I CAME IN FROM OUT OT TOWN NOBODY IS NEVER IN THE OFFICE..WHEN U CALL THEM LEFT MESSAGE AFTER MESSAGES NO RESPONSE!! THEY FIRST CHARGED ME FOR A LOCK I NEVER GOT ...THEY LIED AND SAID I MOVED OUT TO SO CALL COVER THEMSELVES!! SHANITA AND SCOTT STOLE MY BELONGINGS OUT OF MY STORAGE ,CUT MY LOCK I HAD ON THERE AND LIED AND SAID I DIDNT HAVE ONE ON THERE ..WHICH I TOOK PICTURES OF THE LOCK AND ALL MY EQUIPMENT .. AND I HAVE THE PAPERWORK I HAD TO GET FROM ANOTHER PUBLIC STORAGE ..FINALLY CALLED ME AND I ASKED WHERE WAS MY THINGS AND SHE SAYS BY THE DUMPSTER AND GONE REPLY U KNOW WHAT IT IS ??? REALLY ??? THIS IS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE IVE BEEN TOO IN YEAR'S !!! THERE WILL BE A LAW SUIT!!!

The lot is a dump, there's king sized pot holes, cars that are stored there in the lot are all junk yard looking, trash everywhere! I rented there for a year and they raised my rates three times! I picked up my stuff and moved it elsewhere. Ms. Sherita was very professional, they lowered my rent, but I'm out.

I fell upon hard times and had to store my complete household at this location for almost 3 years. Courtney (the property manager) has always been so kind and accommodating with me given my situation. Her customer service skills are above and beyond!! I wouldn’t hesitate to rent here again if ever needed. Thank you Courtney for your professionalism and your kindness.

I was having a bad day, as I’d driven 14 hours from Texas to STL to move into my college dorm and had an issue with my lock. I called the front desk and Diamond answered. She was really sweet and very quick to help. She walked over and resolved the issue with haste. She is the perfect example of good customer service and the world could use more people like her! TL;DR: Diamond’s customer service and troubleshooting skills turned my bad day around and she exceeded expectations!

Rose helped me get the supplies I need to pack my home saved me a lot of money and eased my mind thank you so much her customer service was great she really listened thank you 🤗

She was patient, very knowledgeable covered all bases,, knew heruniy availability and measurements; politely talked too other customers on phone, insured discretion, follow up and review of details was 👏 amazing. I liked her!!!

Initially I thought I had a issue with this storage facility. But I stand corrected. The staff here is friendly and answered all of my questions. And the complaint was small. I got a call of concern from the District manager. He was concerned about my issue and took time to show his concern. For me, that speaks volumes. We are all in trying times. This manager treated me a human being and not a dollar bill. Oh, the facility is safe, clean, and secured!

My car was parked and hit by truck next to it . I come in to check on it and start it and it’s wrecked I went office to resolve issue but I have not been notified by owner of truck or no one. None of these truck fit in parking spaces . !!

My Experience with Ruth was very professional. She helped me out on some billing questions. Ruth quickly resolved my issue. I totally recommend dealing with her directly. On any of your storage needs. Great Customer Service!! very friendly staff.

I called about parking my truck there and was told that it has to be running to store it there but there were more than 10 vehicles there that were old broke down and rusted. I even saw a couple with license plates from over 20yrs ago.
