This has been the most frustrating day ever dealing with these people. No one is never here. Someone changed the lock on my unit and I had to Purchase another lock, I waited literally an hour for staff, when she returned she called several people trying to assist me. Mind you I had been there since around 1pm left around 2pm and the person to cut the lock arrived at 5:30pm like I didn’t matter. I have been with these people since 2021 and you would’ve thought that meant something, but think again.
One of the Best 😄👍 they are very friendly and smiles will help you with what ever it is you need help with
On November 5th I thought my furniture was lost stolen or sold!! But with the patience of Morgan it was discovered to be in a different location. Than you thank you for all the calls ☺️. Then here come the lady who initially helped me setup there Justine. These ladies were awesome again thanks ladies for all you did for me!!

Needs more staff so that other staff members can get the required brakes. I move in, lock was not in unit as she stated. Went back to office at about 12:30 the associate was at lunch possibly. Inconvenience because when moving majority of the time you’re on someone else’s time. Also it’s 95 degrees outside. Big inconvenience.

Melinda was great, respectful, and patient. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. The storage was clean and just perfect for my items that needs to be storage. The service was on time. Will definitely recommend this location to family and friends. I loved her spirit and energy. Her body language and tone in her voice showed that she loves her job and loves being a resource to people. After talking to her she made my morning to be better.

Dont even have a storage unit but because the last guy that had my number did, they do not stop calling me to harass me. I informed them that this number should be removed but they still keep the calls coming. Phone is issued by the VA and number cant be changed. Every call i get from now on will be another negative review from the experiences i am receiving. You can email me to get the number again to remove from your call list. Once the harassment end so will your 1 stars….

This is the best storage company i have ever dealt with. The location is great & very clean. I can't forget to mention the amazing customer service i received from Katie. She is very professional & it shows that she really loves & enjoys her job of helping people. I keep alot of my grandfather's memorabilia & i needed somewhere to store it. They never return your calls I've been calling since yesterday to talk to a supervisor no one called me back and they sold my storage because I was in hospital with covid

Was at public storage today and the most amazing thing happen, I had dropped my wallet in side the store full of cash and the sales person named Katie grabbed my wallet and held it for me even was willing to assist me along the way with my storage never had great service like this before she was so helpful.
