Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 11575 New Halls Ferry Road, Florissant, MO

Got a storage unit online Tuesday and was moved in Thursday with no problem. Rita the property manager at the front desk was more than polite, professional, and informative during the whole process definitely will recommend this location because of her ability to accommodate your needs

Great experience. The property manager knows her stuff. She walks the property constantly. Just follow the rules and you'll stay on her good side. (Don't leave food in the storage unit & no on site dumping). YOU WILL PAY FOR IT. ✌🏾

I want to the New Halls Ferry store and Ms. Rita was very helpful and friendly.

Everything was fine and went well. I am a happy customer. I needed to leave my boat there for about 4 hours so I could be free to head to the "hood" in St. Louis and have lunch with a friend. When lunch was done I picked up my boat and hit the road. This was all done on VERY short notice. I did not want to lug my boat around inner city St Louis, and because of Public Storage I didn't have to. Thanks!

I was having issues with a different public storage so I came down to this location. I was already stressed out with moving, but when I came in and spoke with Mrs. Rita she made things so much better. She listened to the issues that I was having and did everything she could to make things better and get me set up with the storage unit that I need. I really thank her for making a really stressful situation not as stressful as the other public storage that I went to originally.

This was a worse experience ever for my friend ever. I witnessed how her stuff was stolen by the staff member, especially the most important ones. They don’t even have cameras for the back side. I will never recommend someone to such negative services. Pictures uploaded says it all !!!

Yall know the prices went up here. Rusted out units and now with a price increase. I literally was sent an email 2 days before the price jump. Ridiculous.

I've been storing with this company for 3 years and have seen many managers but the new manager Kellie has really been amazing with all she does to improve the property!

Kellie was awesome! She showed me two different size units to help me decide which space to rent! And the rental process was quick and easy!

He was very informative and saved me a trip me a trip to another store unit By switching over my reservations and allow me to check out the storage space bridge space.
