Ary, At public storage 9640 Hudson Road in Woodbury, Mn is the best to work with. I have had a unit there close to 20 years and Managers come and go. Ary has probably been 3 years and is always happy and asking if you need any help. If you need anything she always has the answer. She provides the best service.

Ari is great! EVERYTHING else is lacking. Yet ANOTHER rate increase of $60. For what? Potholes that damage my car. Minimal maintenance exterior and interior. They finally got security cameras… can’t miss them 😂🤣😂 The gate doesn’t consistently open on the side it’s supposed to. No rhyme or reason to it. The unit I had prior to my current one flooded and froze. Two inches thick covering my entire unit. Because the plow people they hired did a crappy job. The vents inside the building are covered in a blanket of dust and filth… fire hazard if nothing else… The constant rate increases every couple months are absolutely ridiculous. Ari is about the only positive thing this Public Storage has going for it..

I had a really bad experience at another location in terms of my safety and my belongings being safe. Not here! I have never felt like I was vulnerable at this location. * The other location was in an area where people other than renters could access* Ari and the others have always been present, proactive, and reliable. I had one unit outside at first, that was a not so good choice for me ( liquids freeze) and when a unit inside became available they were quick to inform me and I was able to move units with no problem. The inside facilities are prefect, temperature regulated, automatic lighting, and several doors to access each section * which is nice when more than one person needs to get into that section. I had a situation where my door locking mechanism came unhinged and was fixed as soon as I notified them. Seriously, like immediately. Pricing is good, the rent does increase every few months, based on market rate. That took me by surprise, but the increase wasn't substantial, so it was okay. The app is the only area I think could improve, after it's last update, it glitches often when opening the gates, sometimes even requiring me to restart my phone. But that's not a location thing. After having to do a quick exit from the other location, I was nervous about going to another Public Storage facility. But I haven't regretted my decision at all. I feel my belongings are safe, I feel when I'm there at 6am or 830pm I am safe... oh and they installed exterior cameras since I've been there too... again adding to my sense of security. Would definitely recommend THIS location!

Ary was incredibly kind, efficient and knowledgeable! Answered all my questions, finalized my paperwork, and showed me to my storage unit - all in less than 30 minutes! Incredible service.

I have a unit at the Commerce store. The system was down today, so I was sent to the Hudson road location. Haven was amazing. She was able to help me with my reservation, even though it was at another location. I'm so happy she was able to help and give me a sense of peace over the matter.

Horrible service. My rent increased after 2 months. Garage door broke and couldn’t get it to open. Stopped by so many days in a row to get help, called in and no answer. Finally, Ari showed up and ordered maintenance to replace door. It was supposed to be fixed but it took over a month for door to be replaced. Was told that the lock needs to be replaced. Picked up the new keys and it doesn’t it open the lock. Stopped by many times and there’s no one working. Not to mention, no one can help when there’s an issue. There’s no one ever working or answering calls. Horrible!!!

Ary Miller did a fantastic job yesterday. I went in to get a second unit. She explained my options and the end result was a larger unit for a few dollars more. Thank you Ary for your knowledge and a great experience.

I will say over the past few weeks they have literally gone out of their way for me, and I have had plenty of issues to deal with. Great staff. I would recommend this facility for anyone needing to store something.

Very poor service and terrible maintenance of property. Snow piled so can hardly get through. Ice everywhere.Service garage door was broken for a month. Bathroom lock broken and toilet plugged

The price was decent and the location for me was convenient because it is surrounded by a lot of shopping centers. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend this location. The property manager is never on site. Office is locked all the time. The first day I rented a storage I went there and no one was on site. Called. No one picked up. Anyways, I reread the instructions sent to me and was able to figure out on how to open the gate myself. Terrible. My move out is today. The email sent to me as instructions was to stop by the office to let management know I moved out. Can't do that when no one is ever there. Again, office locked. I CALLED several times prior to the move out to make sure someone is in the office but no one picks up or return my messages. I hope the owner knows and replace that property manager. Hope they don't charge me for next month either. If anyone decides to rent here, make sure you have no valuables inside as there is no cameras, no property management onsite and a phone number that is useless. You're on your own here. I doubt their insurance is helpful either as you can't contact anyone to make a claim. Good luck. GO somewhere else. Not worth the headache.

We had our inside unit broken into this September 2022. There were over a dozen other inside units broken into. The security is non existent. Anyone can get into the interior unit area. The doors are not locked. There are no cameras. Management never called police. We had to call ourselves. The management was not even sure when it happened. We lost many valuable and family heirlooms. Super unhappy with the lack of protection we are given in a gated area and interior unit. Then 10 days later the rate increased by over $50 (39%)!! What is the deal here?

This staff at this place did not know how to run the basic check out procedure. From my side, I paid every single rent on time during the my rental and never missed one. For my final month, I have given my early vacancy notice and verbally told him twice I have already moved out. Everytime I was told by him it has already been taken care of. I thought I was good. Apparently this is not true because I received a letter from the debt collector 3 month later. I would never rent from this place.

Nice people, but the facility is very subpar. Garage doors are bad. Pavement is bad. And they only have one gate working. They are not fixing 2nd gate. So u have to get out of vehicle to enter code. They feel obliged to raise rates though! Go elsewhere!

Got a corner storage and it was awful. There's a hole in the corner, clearly. Since we have the corner storage, there's a dip (seems like all the corner storage has this ugly dip) right in front of the storage door. Tons of water and melted snow has gathered and we haven't found a way to get around it. It's nasty. We are having a difficult time avoiding this HUGE dip and have no actual way to bring anything in, without feeling like we are crossing a lake! I hope the water level doesbt get any higher or my stuff will be damaged for sure!

I give this place 3 stars only because of Eon he was such an awesome guy to work with. Fun and actually cares. I wish I could say that about the rest of the staff

Absolute Trash! They do not plow anywhere near the units. I cancelled my acct both with them and on the app and moved out after a few days because I could not access my door through the massive snow bank and they are still charging me! They have now charged me more than 900 dollars for a space I could not access after 3 days. I cannot get them to respond through any means of communication. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS AWFUL PLACE!
