Great place. Great staff. No issues so far. I certainly won't be complaining. Shelly is absolutely charming, and helpful is an understatement. She keeps the place clean and safe.

I rented a storage unit in Vadnais Heights. The property is very clean, including the storage unit. Very easy to rent online. I had to change the size of unit and did it in an inefficient way online, however, the actual human in the office was very patient and accommodating so that I ended up with what I needed.

Super easy to set up, access facility from the app

If I could leave Public Storage less than 1 star, I would. My lock rusted over and I couldn't get into my storage unit for about two weeks because no one was available to cut the lock and replace it. Luckily I was not in the middle of a move. Over the years they have raised the rent and cut the services.
Over the winter, I was unable to get into my storage unit because the door was iced shut and covered with snow. The company did not plow, shovel or put down salt. When I asked for help, they handed me a shovel. I was astounded they wouldn't even help me shovel my unit clear. I literally had to ice pick the door open with the dull shovel they provided.
There was also an occasion where I needed help getting my storage door open because it was jammed, and no one was in the office during office hours. This seems to be a pattern because when I am at my storage unit during office hours, there is consistently no one available in the office on site.
Public Storage, if you're listening I would like a refund on my rent for the month.
The manager of the Vadnais Heights location is an absolute asset to the company. There should be more people like her in the world.
I had an amazing experience for my first time getting a unit, amazing customer service from Shelly(hope I’m spelling that right). She really cared and made sure I understood everything.

Please choose a different storage company these guys are a joke, nobody's ever in the office. They jack up your rent. Massive potholes that don't get fixed. And your stuff gets absolutely filthy dirty.
