Terrible customer service on the simple fact that they leave before the stated time. It clearly says y’all are open till 6pm but the doors be locked at like 4pm. So 1 of 2 things need to happen.
Change the times or fire employees that leave early. I can’t count how many times this has happened and this is very inconvenient.
First and foremost, not clean at all very ghetto, I did not have a lot for my storage said I would someone stole it so therefore I had to get my own inconvenience. Happy with the storage at all won’t be here long.

I had a terrible time trying to work out a storage unit with Uhaul, I called Public Storage from the Uhaul location, reserved a unit in less than 5 minutes and got taken care of immediately as soon as I arrived. I bought 2 auction units at this location the employee named deon refused to let me in the unit i went to go see my favorite employee of public storage lori evans at the 8 mile and greenfield and she was more than happy to help me and also asked the district manager to go down there the district manager called me to get my stuff out of the unit because he had removed the lock i get down there and deon deactivated my code so i called lori evans again at the 8 mile and greenfield location and once again sgehelped me
Julia was an angel to work with. I got there at 5:55pm and they close at 6. Also unluckily left my wallet and ID at home. Julia patiently walked me through the online process and even got me a cheaper deal! She stayed an extra 20 mins just to make sure I was squared away.
