When I tell you Malcolm is THE BEST property manager ever, I truly mean it! His professionalism and outstanding customer service need to be recognized. This was my first time ever getting a storage unit, so naturally I had a lot of questions and he made this the most stress-free experience ever. Truly happy with the decision I made to store my belongings with Public Storage and this particular location is lucky to have such a great guy running it. Cannot thank him enough!!

Custom service is awful paid movers to move me but they wasn't open so I paid movers for nothing because of the person that was supposed to be there wasn't I waited a hr he called me back 3 minutes after I left when he was supposed to be back at 215 I waited until 3

Malcolm greets you with a smile, he’s very informative and proactive to questions. I’ve always had Anxiety with storage but I don’t with this location. I'm changing my review. Although the Property Owner, Davina was very nice and helped me greatly, I have not be refunded my money since January 27th. The date of this writing is 02/06/2023. I was told that the Regional Manager would contact me to confirm that the issue was resolved and I have not received a phone call to date. And I left the Regional Manager a voicemail.

This place is terrible and crawling with roaches. I contacted the GM and he said file an insurance as if that satisfies all of the sentimental stuff in my unit. The manager here is terrible. Hard to get help with anything. You are going to be so mad if you put your stuff here. Just put it in the public storage across 8 mile. The GM is much better with handling things. Then they add so many fees I don’t even know what I’m paying for. I’m contacting a lawyer because ain’t no way they think they are handling their clients properly. I cant even take my things anywhere if I take it out of here because y’all got roaches in MY stuff ! The manager and the gm. I’m writing a letter to corporate as well regarding you guys.
Douglas is a gem! He went above and beyond to help us in so many ways. He was helpful, concerned, caring, and the list goes on. This Public Storage facility is ore than lucky to have him on staff. He deserves more than 5 stars. Can't say enough good things about this wonderful man!

The employee stole my 80 inch tv my stove and my ac unit and broke my dishes and trash my unit
Sketchy operation. One storage unit's lock was tampered with; couldn't get it to open, and we have no idea if the unit got broken into or not. Lock couldn't be opened. Employees gave the run around over the last few days saying that the boss is out of town but the boss has the bolt cutter and he could come on Monday to cut through the lock. Today's Tuesday. Boss is still nowhere to be found. Employees gave out their boss's number but the boss refuses to answer. Hung up after the first call then refuses to pick up thereafter. Ended up calling the cops, then the employees disappeared right when they arrived. It clearly is an inside job since the storage facility cannot be accessed by non-unit owners. Avoid.
Update: had to get locksmith. $200 later, can access storage again. Things were definitely rearranged, overturned and such. A ladder also appeared in the unit that does not belong. There also some missing items and some boxes were cut open on the sides so that they can see what’s inside.
Denise was lovely with the move out, she made sure my move out was simple and went well. Very lovely personality and very patient. Please keep her, she’s always a pleasure.

I want to give a special thanks to the property manager Myrline she was excellent. I came in unsure what I wanted and how much space I needed. Even though everybody seem so busy Myrline took time out of her busy day to assist me. She took me around to show me the variety of units that you offer. She provided measurements of space and provided me with her recommendations. She was so kind and courtesy. Can you believe she followed up with me the very next day to see if there was anything else she could assist me with. She also asked if I needed any type of equipment when I move in??? Please give her a raise because she is truly dedicated to servicing her customers with astounding customer service!!!

I paid 168 monthly for 5 months when I return to get my things it was roaches coming out my unit I was discussed insurance was pointless don’t store your belongings here I warn you 🚩🚩🚩

This five stars is for the kind, warm spirited woman, named Denise who served me today. The lock on my unit was broken, and Denise did everything she could to fix the situation, unlike her co- worker who wanted me to leave my belongings unsecured until he returned on Monday to fix it, even though he knew this was already an issue before I arrived. Again, a huge thank you to Denise!!

Going up for auction and your things will be sold is 2diff words and things. I know I will deter everyone from dealing w/public storage, JUST LIKE THAT. I made a call regarding my monthly fee & was assisted by Denise & Chante. They were very professional & courteous. And when they couldn't assist me any further, they put me in touch with Wayne, the owner of this location. He was very helpful in adjusting my fee to accommodate my budget. I'm very grateful for the adjustment. What a blessing!
