Tanisha and Dion great team
The storage unit on 8 mi and Greenfield is the worst place ever. The lady who I talked to is unprofessional rude, and she said she was going put this on my credit report because I did use the unit because you close at 5 pm on Saturday I was going through lots that day I did see the time it close i pay with my debit card before it close I had a moving truck with me and couldn't get in so hadn't to take my things to a motel i stay in the motel for a week with my things in the room with me do know how that feels a week 400 hundred dollars not counting the 250 hundred dollars for the moving company so that costs me money I did have I use my credit card for motel and my debit card for the moving company so that 176 dollars costs me more that 650 dollars so get your business in order and talk to your people you never know what someone is
going through before you jump to a Smart month people so this why you're getting a bad review do better with the next person please tell your people that works there to be more understanding I know this is not going even a make a difference but this what I do write review on bad Business practice company I can go on and on about my deal with unprofessional people 🙂 you get one star for my mistakes . I made it through that day you ever know what someone is dealing with on going
through, and people need to listen to you okay, this is it so do better

I changed from storage unit company that I was at because this location is closer to home. It's dirty, no flat beds, no one in the office during working hours. 😒 When you do get the flat beds you need to show ID, which they hold on 2 until you return the flat bed.

They need more workers they are over working the few they have. The workers are nice they do so much they are overwhelmed sometimes people get mad at them and it's not their fault. They need an overhaul and fix up the buildings. The owner needs to put more money into the building and pay the employees more they are overworked and under paid it's ridiculous. They travel to different locations they don't have enough people to have a set person for each location they drive to multiple locations all day and at different offices. It's a lot on anybody. My unit had water coming in and wet up my stuff thank God for the forced insurance because it came in handy hopefully they repair the leak.

I do not recommend this location. These are the worst customer service people ever Tanisha and the rest of them evil people. I rented a storage unit they assigned me to D120 once we arrive to put my items in there it was a lock on it. The employee came down there to the unit clipped the lock off and someone else’s items where still in there so the employee said GO AHEAD AND USE THE STORAGE NEXT TOO D120 which is D121 the employee did not handle her paper work and switch my name to D121 so i go up there to access my items and a whole new lock was on it and my key wasn’t working so I was confused I spoke with them they didn’t care they told me my stuff must’ve got threw out and they showed no empathy. Everything that me and my daughter own is gone! They were rude nasty and even locked me out the office from trying to see where my items were the next day Tanisha even called the police and nobody was hostile ! I asked for the district managers number they said they don’t have a number they wasn’t trying to help me find my items or anything DO NOT RENT HERE THEY STEAL PEOPLE ITEMS
This location currently has roaches. Management is not willing to rectify anything. Would not recommend. Unfortunately, not able to get in touch with anyone higher than a floating property manager. District manager non existent.

To expensive. I have been a customer for over 10 years. I have the smallest unit cost increases every year and now it is not affordable. $184. Dollars. Time to move. They don't consider fixed incomes.

I have visited this location 4 times this week and the service sucks! I pay fir rude service no carts available to move my items, along with a dirty facility. THE manager is never available even if when she is in the office. I'm so tired of coming up here not getting anything accomplished. 😒

When I got to Public Storage I was very disappointed. 1. I don't like kiosks (I like speaking with a human being face to face. 2. The no access after 6:00 p.m. - what if you have a job? 3. I had a truck and movers I had to pay even though they couldn't unload. I had to pay extra to keep the truck.

Never had issues with a storage company, and I've used a few. My lock was changed. No one knows how. Found out too late that they do not have cameras throughout. No dolly available when I had to move to a different storage unit with no assistance. Had to move to another unit after coming back to discover my unit unsecure. No one was unkind or disrespectful, but not very accommodating to a person whose storage was compromised not once, but twice. The front desk people just sit there, and if you have a problem, the first thing they do is check to see if your payment is current.
I was undecided on a unit and was greeted by Kenneth and Lori. Both of them have beautiful customer service. I was feeling down about having to put my things in storage and they made my day 100x better. Thank yall so much and my unit was clean and ready to go. -Sharita

I have now move out of this unit but I was once a tented of public storage my unit was broken into a month ago my call oak park.police and they said that there up there more than. 4 times a week with someone breaking into unit it is so unfair that you think the insurance claims will cover it.and they won't they don't pay out the management never have reach out to me at all I left so many messages the insurance company gives you no straight answer because that not trying to pay you yall do go here find u a better storage company cause this anit it

Mixed reviews i like the unit Availability. its not to busy, a lil junkie and dirty in some areas...they close to early on weekends 5? Should at least do 8
First day getting unit couldn’t get in because of error on their end next few months I get a call that my unit is empty and did I move out only to find out they had the wrong unit my lock was still on now I move out from the second floor elevator broke property manager never available and once I move I’m still being charge and now say I still have a lock on my unit when I know I don’t I would never use them again it’s been problems since day 1
