Anthony was so pleasant and professional. The facility is clean and inviting. I love this place!
My move in was easy & seamless and the young lady at the front desk named Kedra was very helpful, patient, courteous and pleasant for a 1st time experience. She was knowledgeable and answered all my questions to the best of her knowledge.

Front desk people are nice. Facility is fine. Two carts, 1 cart after office closes is not nice. 2 carts for a whole building. Not sure how this place functions.

I went to the location at 3600 Clipper Mill Rd. The gentleman by the name of Mr. 8kil Anthony assisted me. He was very knowledgeable about what units they offer, the size of the units, and the prices of the units. Mr. Anthony is one of a very few people who care about helping people. Public Storage is very lucky to hedge him.
Janay is top of the industry’s customer service; always willing to answer questions and give advice. Wonderful person to talk to when having a bad day. God Bless.
Two carts. Seriously. Two only during office hours. Seriously.
The front desk guy is AMAZING. What isnt amazing is the fact that there are TWO count em TWO handcarts for an entire massive storage unit and they are only available during office hours which end way before the unit closes. Probably wouldnt have rented the space if i knew id have to buy my own cart to avoid making 10+ trips each time to drop my things off. Not convenient at all and seems really cheap of this company
