I was helped by a young lady named Shanae and she made the renting process easy. Shows exemplary patients while dealing with customers
1st it's says 24/7 it's not..
2nd. My 1st day to load my things in the unit 6pm it was closed. Called customer service lady hanged up on me
3rd. I went the next day. My wife locked our car keys in the unit. It was 558pm she tells the Manager he walks out the building.
We call customer service there telling us they can't open the door.
A random guys comes off the elevator and he says the steps are open. 45 min on the phone Noone says that.
4th I call to make a complaint
NOONE EVER EVER TILL THIS DAY EVER CALLED ME BACK

I had a amazing experience today working with Shanae. She provided excellent customer service and taking me to see both unit options so I could make my decision without having to guess my measurements needed. She was also very knowledgeable about the units on each floor and quickest way to get to the unit when I arrive to start storing my items in my new unit.

Jean issue was very helpful to us. It was our first time using the codes and patiently explained and demonstrated the process. She even came to our unit to check that everything was working. It was busy, but she handled things calmly and efficiently.

Maybe Channel 11 (WBAL-TV) should store all of their archives in a secure site here. I'm pointing this out because this Public Storage stands on the site of the original studios of WBAL-TV from 1948 until its move to Television Hill in the early 1960s. One of its most notable shows from this period was The Quiz Club, hosted by Brent Gunts and Jay Grayson as was a daytime audience participation show, back when all TV was live and without taping. The clock on the façade of the second floor is the one indication of its history as channel 11.

Wish I could give this 0 stars. I purchased a unit and had all of my belongings ready to move into my space. I waited at the facility for 2 hours and no property manager was there so I had no access to my unit. After calling the number listed multiple times I was told that I should come back the next day. Well it is the next day and no return call from anyone and no one is there. Please understand all of these attempts have been made during normal business hours as the website states (Saturday and Sunday 9:30am-5:00pm) This is a huge inconvenience as I had to rent a truck and movers. This has been the worst experience and I would not recommend.

Arrived at 3pm on a Wednesday. No one was there. Called around and waited over an hour. No one showed up. Came back 930 the next morning waited outside outside 10 minutes while the customer service representative did whatever it was he was doing. Then he finally opened the door asked how he could help me just to tell (not ask) me to wait some more. It's now 10am and I am still waiting. Can you say horrible customer service?

Great place to store
I use public storage because I have to. Do I like it no. The reason for this is because of pricing. With the restaurant you know the prices will increase because the price of their ingredients increases.. With a storage structure or literally nothing changes. My storage unit doesn't grow by inches the building doesn't grow by inches literally it's a stagnant structure. There is no reason for the prices to go up as quickly and as high as they do at public storage. The price almost doubled over the past year.

Terrell not only was he helpful with the knowledge of the space but he also explained to me on how if I packed the storage unit a certain way I would have more space to work with.
