I am a long term customer at this particular site with regular visits. In all the time I have interacted with Mr Evans he has been extremely professional, patient, honest, and consistently helpful. I most certainly stand by my original review.
I am absolutely impressed by the professional and friendly service provided by Chiah. The facility is always so clean and secure. I definitely recommend the Druid Park Dr location.
The dollar a month is to get you in the door for fluctuating fees this location in particular lack customer service every encounter with the guy with locs and glasses was rude and obnoxious also beware of their Vermin problem
Chiah was great. He was able to assist with updating my auto pay and access to the PSApp. He deserves a raise.

Mr. Chiah Evans @ the Druid Park Dr. location in Baltimore was wonderful. He is very professional, pleasant and very knowledgeable about his job. At the end of August 2024, I was cleaning out my dad's unit, along with the other renters cleaning out theirs. It was very chaotic but Mr. Evans maintained his professionalism while helping me out with any questions or concerns I may have had as if we were the only one's there. Mr. Evans continued to provide the next customer with the same service he'd given to me. The staff also does their best to keep this facility clean.
The staff at Druid Park Dr. location are friendly and helpful. They are patient when assisting you and try their best to accommodate your needs!

I came into the public storage today to pay my bill. This wonderful lady named Shamia was the most wonderful lady I’ve met with the most beautiful smile and personality. Me and my husband come here often we’ve had storage here for about 3 years. She was very helpful in which me n my husband were thinking about down sizing and I know that I can be a lot but she had so much patience with me and my husband. She told me that she’s not at this location a lot so I hope to see you a lot around here. We need someone around here like here with a great personality and smile. She’s doing a great job 👏

Pretty pricey, but what can one say. Over $3600 ($1800 per year) I had 2 units, but got rid of one last year right after Public Storage took over because storage price increase. I'm finally moving my items out before prices go up again due to how everything keeps going up. Hopefully no stragglers (roaches) catch a ride. As for mice, my unit a little left in there and I didn't see a mouse droppings. I'll take a look again after its totally empty.
3rd floor I've never seen roaches.
4th floor had roaches in halls & mice droppings inside unit last year. I did report to office.
Adios Public Storage and hello to my $1800 per year that I will now save.

When I first moved my stuff into storage I was pleased. I don’t often go there but have started in the past year. Lots of mouse dropping inside of my storage container which is concerning. Outside of that I will say the outside is maintained.

charges your card auto even though its not put on autopay. changes your due date to the first regardless of your wishes. does not answer app or phone.
storage units are okay. no power outlets. concrete floor, complete with a mouse repellant packet inside. cell service was pretty good though.
